Great service and attention to detail.
This is our third trip planned by Patrick and he has been amazing every single time. We are a military family and plan our trips last minute which is not ideal. Patrick has been extremely accommodating and has been able to get us where we want to go. We just got back from a one month trip to Europe where Patrick planned Scotland, Barcelona, and London. The hotels, tours, and flights/transportation were all 100% reliable and exactly what we expected. He is a great asset to your company.
This is our third trip booked with Patrick. He is VERY accommodating. We are a military family and our trips have always been planned last minute, which is never ideal. But Patrick has been able to pull it off every single time. This summer 2023 we did a month in Europe and Patrick booked us for Scotland, Barcelona, and London. Took careful, patient and personal interest in our arrangements, from helping with covid on-line intricacies to getting the four of us - and 2 walkers - to the ship and back home again. We needed some help and got it with a smile.
My wife and I got married in Sept. 2021 and had plans to go on our honeymoon during the pandemic still. Patrick came recommended from a friend and we are absolutely thankful that we opted to use his expertise to plan out our trip.
1. We wanted to go to an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean but I knew that Sept. was not an ideal time due to hurricane season. Patrick advised that we should try out St. Lucia as it had the resorts that we could go to and also had plenty of nature to be in which is the other thing we were wanting.
2. Patrick provided excellent recommendations about which resorts were going to match our budget and our desires. I thought that Sandals would be out of reach but he was able to find a great deal for us!
3. Patrick was incredibly helpful in planning out the details of our stay. He helped me figure out the travel details and especially in navigating the stresses of JetBlue cancelling our flights 4 times. He helped me book terrific excursions that matched what my wife was interested in doing.
4. I forgot to do our travel clearance to visit St. Lucia in the stress of the week before the wedding and needed to rush to fill out and get the paperwork cleared. Patrick offered to hop on the phone to wait and talk to someone in the government to get the paperwork processed. Thankfully that wasn’t needed and the forms cleared without extra phone calls needed, but just him offering to do that was so generous and him seriously going above and beyond in his services.
Patrick helped us plan a honeymoon that I will never forget and made the process so incredibly easy. Going to use his services as often as I can to plan vacations and will eagerly encourage everyone I know to go through his services.
Don’t hesistate, just go with him.

I want to thank Patrick Bitzer, of Cruise Planners and St. Patrick's Travel, for ensuring that my 20th wedding anniversary trip to Kauai was nothing less than fabulous!
Even though my husband and I had visited Kauai several times, we knew we neeeded to find new accommodations, so we turned to Patrick's expertise to recommend where to stay. After asking several key questions, Patrick made very good suggestions, offering a few different options and price points. He then booked our airfare and rental car, along with hotel, at a very competitive price. I knew I didn't want to take a chance on guessing where to stay during this momentous occasion, and felt much more at ease putting the job in Patrick's capable hands. He worked efficiently and called me to wrap up the details. It was such a relief to hand over the details to someone else and not have to worry or wonder whether I made the right choice.
A few days before our trip, Patrick emailed reminders and offered to book any additional amenities for us. I asked him to book a limo to take us to and from LAX, as well as a couples' massage upon arrival. Again, Patrick found the best services and I didn't have to deal with multiple vendors.
My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with how the whole trip turned out. Anyone planning a vacation should speak with a real travel expert instead of guessing at packages offered on a website. When you vacation, you want to feel confident that your time and money will be well spent, and that is why I wholeheartedly recommend Patrick Bitzer.

"Though speaking in Afrikaans so Courtney, I, and the three other passengers couldn’t understand, it was easy to tell our ranger was getting excited and we were getting close to something. Then, just in front of us appeared two cheetahs, gracefully walking through the savannah bushveld, beautiful and majestic creatures. For three days now we had been searching for the cheetahs which seemed to be leaving no traces or tracks around the reserve, and here they were finally. “Now we can go,†Courtney and I agreed.
Our cheetah sighting marked the end of a three night safari Courtney, my friend from home, and I had at the Thornybush Game Reserve in South Africa. We both were blown away by the amount of animals we saw: rhinos, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, lions, warthogs, impalas, giraffe, wildebeest, zebras, tortoise, kudu, monkeys, baboons, water buck, buffalo, mongoose, inyala, steinbok, jackal, crocodile, vulture, hippo, and even a chameleon. It was hard to complain about much of anything during those few days. We would get woken up at 5am, have tea and coffee, go on a 3-4 hour game drive until about 9am including a tea and coffee break out in the bush, return for a breakfast buffet, have the entire afternoon free to relax poolside and watch visiting animals at the nearby watering hole, another safari drive at 4pm including sundowners and then returning to the lodge for a three-course dinner. Our lodging was amazing, the staff amazing, delicious food, incredible animal sightings sometimes getting so close it makes you a little nervous, a truly amazing safari experience. "
