This trip alone was very difficult due to the COVID19 and the way things happened. Tammy had some things come up as well and she did an amazing job of doing what she could do to help me. She relieved a lot of stress I had about this cruise since it was a lot different then my normal cruises she has helped me with.
Tammy got us the best price on a great balcony location. She took care of us from start to finish. Would highly recommend her as your Cruiseplanner!
Tammy was amazing, as always! Our Alaska cruise and land package was amazing, and we even did an extended stay in BC Vancouver and Victoria. Tammy always makes sure every detail is covered, we are so thankful to have her plan all our trips, she is the best!

We stayed in yacht club which was amazing! Upscale gourmet! The topsail lounge enormous! Drinks, cappuccino
Petit fours, fruit, pie, etc.anytime, we had a separate pool topside, along with two hot tubs! Rattan lounges and butlers at you beck and call wonderful. That being said the entertainment was amateurish, no movies under the stars, a tiny tv in room, with only a few channels. Luckily we like to read. The ship was very crowded, but there always seemed to be a deck chair available. The food in buffet average, but the Pizza terrific. They would deliver a pie to your room! We had a great time but it could have been better!

Just a note of thanks for all you did to set us up for our Holland America Western Caribbean cruise aboard Nieuw Amsterdam 19-26 February. We had a terrific time.
If ever anyone inquires about the Neptune Suites, tell 'em it will probably prove to be a great value -- and value added! We loved our aft suite with the wrap-around veranda, spacious stateroom with lots of storage, and the little bits of extra attention. Particularly appreciated were the breakfasts in the Pinnacle Grill and the services of the concierge in the Neptune lounge (no lines, no wait!).
We liked the ship a lot, and the service aboard. The only excursion that we'd "vote against" was the $49.99/person beach excursion to the Tiki Beach at Grand Cayman. A short bus ride to a narrow, crowded beach -- a pedestrian cheeseburger and some salad baking in the sun -- and not too clean. We should have taken a cab elsewhere, by ourselves, to somewhere on 7 mile beach.
We so appreciated receiving the champagne -- and of course the onboard $50 credit and the included beverages (nice surprise after booking -- thank you!) -- and with so much going on, we didn't use all of the internet you provided.
We'd strongly encourage anyone to pay up to the Pinnacle Grill and the Tamarind restaurant -- we did each of those on two different nights (4 out of 7) -- used the pizza on deck one night and the restaurant two nights. Food didn't disappoint, but the Tamarind and Pinnacle really were more than a cut-above. Great.
So again, thank you. No clue when the next cruise might be, but when the time comes, we'll be in touch!
