I have been using Mrs. Lourdes Henesy as a Travel Agent for a few years now. She is very professional, friendly, well-educated and a great human being. She is cordial and she always have our best interest in mind. My wife is disabled and we love to travel. Her inability to walk does not slow us down. Not only that she plans a seamless trip, but she also offers us advise as far as shore excursions as well, suitable to me and my wife. From beginning to end, she offers us assistance, even helping us with check-ins and always delivers a very attractive travel package with not only our documents, but always with a little surprise on the package. She is an asset to the Travel Profession and I will not use any other travel agent but her.
