Testimonials

Was very pleased with the organization I received, assistance with booking extra nights and airport transportation. I liked how I can log onto my portal and see my itinerary, payments, documents…Would recommend!! - Susan B.
Alaska was a truly amazing place!!! It is a must see!! First time traveling with Princess and they were equally amazing
Our trip was fabulous. Alaska is a beautiful place. Princess cruises is a nice cruise line. The service was impeccable. - Cheryl C.
I enjoyed the travel from Bucharest to Budapest on Ama Verde very much. Highlights of the journey with Ama for me were the staff members, the tour director, and of course the sights we visited. Ship is lovely too. Staff is absolutely outstanding. Their assistance, their knowledge and the warmth they exude. Very fun personalities and efficiencies. . - Virginia H.
Thank you Annette and colleagues for helping me plan a wonderful cruise on AMAWaterways to the Eastern European Countries on the lower Danube. Everything about the cruise was fantastic from the staff on the ship to the amenities, food and entertainment. The travel guides were amazing in each country. I learned so much from them. A final thank you for helping me navigate the difficulties with the airlines on the way home. - Margaret O.
It helped on the planning and scheduling and getting all the documents in order.
We had a great time. Annette recommended the Casa Monica which was a lovely hotel, centrally located in the historic district. The hotel even had access to the Seranada Beach Resort which we visited one day. The staff, especially the concierge, Charlene. We’re wonderful.
My trip was magical. Everything was so much better than what I expected. The house, the staff, the food and most of all having my family with me. Annette did everything in her power to make this trip successful and it was! - Jacqueline P.
We had a wonderful time on our trip. Thank you for making it so easy to travel and see so much. The Viking ship was fun and we met so many lovely people. The food and service were great. Thanks Annette - Jeanne M.
Annette did a great job as she had to make several changes in our reservation. Little things like moving our entire trip. Everything was taken care of by Annette and we will be using her services again. Next rip in 2024 for the entire family. Cast of thousands.
The trip was just great. Everything was just as explained and the follow-up was great,
Annette is the best. She asks a lot of questions to fit the intent and personality of the trip and finds great deals! Then she is there to guide and resolve any minor issues that come up!! Simply, you want her on your team to schedule and have your back on travel!!
WOW! You could not find a more detailed travel planner on the planet!! Annette went way beyond the normal expectations to research, give options and then be available with whimsical changes or obstacles!! She fortunately had to convince me for travel insurance, and we ended up needing it, which saved me thousands of dollars!! She went to bat with Delta to help me upgrade with points, too!! Her excitement for making my travel easy and painless for us at the best price was over the top!! I also appreciated if she couldn't do something, she told me to book it!! Annette is the best and puts in 110% for her clients!!! - Jeffrey G.
Annette took the time to listen to our wants and vacation desires and booked us in a location that was close to everything and within reason travel distance to visit other sites. She has knowledge of the area, and that helped. Annette books more than just cruises. We will use her for our future vacation destinations.Maria B
Annette was so helpful with every aspect of our land and Cruise to Alaska! Was an amazing, breathtaking vacation! - Lynn B.

Quebec City Stay We had a lovely time. The Frontenac is beautiful and centrally located. We had a nice time on the tours we picked. The plane ride was short but the tarmac time was 20 minutes extra. Good time. Thanks for your help in organizing! Linda D

The Globus trip was very good and the scenery was outstanding..Thank you - Mary Kay S.
Annette went above and beyond for us while planning our cruise. There were many difficult circumstances and Annette always assured us that she would take care of everything and she did that and more. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.
Annette has booked numerous cruises for us and as usual us efficient, organized and always always always looks for the best rates, staterooms and cruises for the money you pay.
Trip touched on sights and locations of our nation’s history. Enjoyed the trip immensely ! Felt we didn’t miss anything in the visited areas. Tour guide, Jeff Bennett, was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, respectful of travelers, helpful and his sense of humor was delightful. Our driver, Kurt, was super also.
Our family had a wonderful vacation at Disney World that might not have happened without the diligence and hard work of our agent, Annette McAuliffe, in resolving complicated issues with our reservation. Thank you, Annette. We truly appreciate your effort and what you were able to accomplish to make our vacation possible. By staying Disney's Pop Century Resort, we had the opportunity to travel to Epcot and Hollywood Studios using the new Skyliner gondola system. We were all impressed with with the Skyliner, and greatly preferred it to the crowded Disney buses. Three members of our family were willing to get up early enough in the morning to be at Hollywood Studios at rope-drop so that they could get in a boarding group for the Rise of the Resistance ride. Unfortunately, their boarding group's time slot was in conflict with our Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue reservation. With the assistance of a Disney cast member, they were able to get their boarding group rescheduled for the first group on the following morning. When we met up with them after the ride, they were all smiles, and told us about how "Awesome!" the ride was. The Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue is one of our family favorites that never disappoints. We enjoyed the show and had a great time. - Elizabeth V.
The service we received from Annette was fantastic - she kept us constantly updated on cruise details, gave us an option to upgrade (which we took and very glad we did!). I fully recommend with any travel plans you contact Annette and allow her to assist you.
HI Annette, Everything was great! Flight was on time and car was waiting for us when we landed. Only issue was the hotel screwed up our room the first night! Our rooms did not connect with our kids rooms. The hotel said it was their fault as they were over booked. They switched our rooms the next day and gave us a free 30 minute massage! Pick up car was there on time and flight was on schedule. Great recommendation on the Hard Rock as the kids had an amazing time. A lot of stuff available for the kids to do at the resort. Kids snorkeled, went scuba diving, zip lined, and went to the water park. They also loved the indoor skate/ trampoline park there. We all had a lot of fun! Thank you for putting it together for us. You did an amazing job! Brad Coley - Brad C.
It was a great trip, and you guys did a beautiful job setting everything up and making it happen.. thank you..Maxine & Jimmy. - James P.
It was a great travel experience & The Cruise was awesome! Thank you Annette for being so supportive & attentive to our group! We also enjoyed the little gifts you sent us! Hopefully will do this again soon! Diana V. - Diana V.
Great Oceania Cruise Planned by Cruise Planners. Lots to see and do but be ready to wall a lot to see everything. The food was incredible and you will walk off any weight you my thing you are gaining. Thanks for a great trip. Charles T. - Charles T.
The best part of the trip was being with good friends. Of all the places we visited we enjoyed St. Petersburg the best. A few of the excursions in other countries were not that interesting. The flights back were problematic and due to the long lay over in Stockholm,we didn't get home until 1AM.Nontheless it was an interesting cruise. Ann G. - Ann G.

Recently cruised on Princess with Panama Canal being the highlight. All details of the cruise went through Cruise Planners (Annette, Joan and staff) and they were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive with multitudes of questions and overall easy and a joy to communicate with. I would recommend any excursions to be booked through Shore Trips whenever feasible. They were smaller, more intimate groups and once we started our excursions, could easily customize to our needs. We felt we had private tours on almost all of our excursions. I would continue to book cruises through Cruise Planners simply because why not? Jane K. - Jane K.
Annette and her group are the BEST. We went to Australia with 3 of our grandchildren. All young adults, Annette did a fabulous job of showing us the the sights with wonderful guides and meeting the needs of people from 16-80. Such special memories. Her attention to detail is above and beyond. I would trust her with any of my travel wherever it takes me. Thank you, here is to our next adventure with you, the Masters. Pam C. - Pamela S.
My husband and I used this travel agency on a recommendation from a family friend to plan our honeymoon and we're SO glad we did! Annette and Joan helped us customize an incredible trip and stick to our budget and timeline and ensured that everything went smoothly while we were away. What an incredible honeymoon Harry and and I had. It was the trip of a lifetime and we’re so grateful for all of the hard work you guys put in to make it possible. Thank you again for helping handle the Sydney hotel situation so quickly - it was a minor bump in an otherwise endlessly smooth road of relaxation and fun :) Liku Liku was absolutely incredible, literally our perfect paradise! Thank you so, so much for everything and we would definitely recommend & use again! Molly Torres - Molly T.
Our Vacation to Norway was a success from start to finish. Annette and Joan are great when making arrangements for me and customizing things to the way I want them. Very attentive to details! The trip itself was a great itinerary to see Norway's fjords. I would not change a thing. Always appreciate having a travel agent in my corner..it is like my own secret trump card. - Cynthia L.
Annette, I want to thank you for organizing this amazing Honeymoon, Maxine and I are jealous ..lol ..it looks just amazing .. Jim P. - James P.
Hi Annette – We are now mostly recovered from our trip to Iceland – getting extra sleep on the weekend has been really helpful with the jet lag! Overall, we had a great trip – thanks so much for helping us arrange it! I have included below some of the highlights as well as a few things to consider differently in the future. Let me know if you have any questions or would like more information. I also shared our photo album on Snapfish to your work e-mail address in case you want to see some of the photos. Thanks again, Annette! David H Highlights: • All arrangements, transfers, etc. went extremely smoothly! Our driver to and from the airport was delightful, car rental was easy, etc. The map that the tour company provided with hand written suggestions was very helpful! • Loved the hot baths, especially one we went to in town (walkable from hotel) on night #1 and the “Secret Lagoon” on the Golden Circle tour. Very unique to Iceland and really memorable for all of us! The Blue Lagoon was a really interesting experience and worth doing, but not a “real” Icelandic hot bath experience. Very other-worldly! • Our hotels were fantastic. Allison especially liked Hotel Magma near Kirkjubaejarklaustur. Both hotels were very picturesque, clean, comfortable, with very helpful staff and really good breakfasts. It was great to have good FREE breakfasts given the cost of food in Iceland! • The main sights were really great on both the Golden Circle and the South Iceland drives. • Just driving the countryside and seeing the landscape of Iceland is amazing – it’s such a diverse, rustic country with so many interesting sights to see! • It was a good time of year to go. Crowds were reasonable and the weather was good – between 50 – 55 degrees at all times, with clouds but some sun and little rain. Do Differently: • The day that was planned for us to go out to the big glacier and then double back to get to the Blue Lagoon was too ambitious. Unless you want to spend essentially all day on the road, that’s too much to try to bit off. We skipped the glacier, saw a few “secondary” sights in the area we stayed in, and headed back. And even with that, it was a lot of driving. I wonder whether there would have been a second “loop” we could have done instead of going out one day and back the next. • The GPS that we received with the car was really not useful. It was very old model Garmin, difficult to work the display, did not recognize some of the destinations we tried to insert, and tried to take us on back roads that would not be appropriate for a rental car (or tourists who don’t really know where they are going). We fairly quickly reverted to Google Maps on my iPhone, which was fine because I had already put an international data plan in place that gave me unlimited data for $10 a day. • We did an open top bus tour in Reykjavik on our jet lag day (not part of your plan for us). While that’s been great in other cities, it was a bit “flat” in Reykjavik. I recommend walking the main parts of the city instead – it’s small enough to do that, and the areas you can’t walk to aren’t that exciting anyway. • We did an off-the-plan hot pool called Seljavellir, near Skogafoss, which we had been tipped off to by a couple of people. It’s a really neat hike into a back canyon, where someone had built a pool long ago, but the facilities were really dirty from the many people who have gone there, and the pool was really slimy and grungy. Sounds romantic, but probably not worth the hike. - David H.
Hi Annette. I hope all is well with you. We arrived home this morning from our Bermuda cruise on NCL's Breakaway. I had to write to say thank you for all your help with booking the cruise. Once again, we had a great time. It was probably one of the rainiest cruises we've been on -- it rained two of the three days at sea and on and off in Bermuda -- but we still had fun. The pool was great for Danny And he loved the water slides and tried 3 of the 5 slides they have on board. He still wasn't up for the free fall slides, but did the others with no problems. He even tried the rock climbing wall this time. He made it half way up the wall which is great for his first time. The food was great. We did three of the specialty restaurants -- Teppanyaki, La Cucina and Le Bistro (we ate here twice). The rest of the times we ate in the buffet. One slight negative aspect of the food was O'Sheehan's Pub and Grill. The service was not that great and they seemed a little put out that Danny wanted to order from the kid's menu. That would definitely be off our list for a future time. The one thing I do want to tell you about is this: you know Mom's knees are bad and it makes walking long distances and standing for long periods of time difficult for her. So, for the cruise, I convinced her get one of the walker with a seat to take with us. She fought me a bit on it, but finally agreed. NCL could not have been nicer to her because of it. From the minute we checked into the check-in area at the Pier to getting off the ship today, NCL went out of their way. When we arrived to check-in last week, as soon as they saw Mom, they asked if she needed a wheelchair. When she said no, we were sent to the Special Assistance line. They took us straight to the security checkpoint, then got us right on line to check-in and led us to a special seating area right next to the gangway. We got to the pier around 9:15am and were checked in and seated in the waiting area by 9:50am. When boarding started, we were allowed to board ahead of the general boarding and were probably the third group onto the ship. All through the cruise, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to Mom. And then disembarking today was the same. We went to the area for special assistance where each group got a number within their luggage tag color. Being Latitudes members, we were the first color to be allowed to disembark after the walk off group. They got Mom a wheelchair and took us to claim our luggage, through Customs and right to our car in the long term parking lot. We left the ship at 8:35 am and were in our house at 9:13am. That's how quickly we were able to go through the process of disembarkation. I could not be more grateful to or impressed by NCL. Every staff person and crew member went out of his or her way. It only solidifies my positive opinion of NCL. I just want you to know how the cruise went for us. Danny is already planning on going back on the Breakaway in two years. Thanks again for all you do for us. Love, BJ - Barbara R.
Joan, Just wanted you to know I hadn't even finished dialing the hotel for our shuttle when the driver was looking for us. We arrived at hotel, went to desk and they handed us the key for early check in. We are all checked in now and going for a walk thru town. It's 85, sunny not a cloud in the sky. Thank you so very much everything is great so far ... - Debra P.
Hi Annette, Just wanted to thank you for a beautifully planned trip! Missy and I enjoyed every minute of it. Prague and Budapest are awesome cities and Cesky Krumlov was a perfectly lovely town. So happy that you recommended that! Accommodations were quite nice and the buffet breakfasts were appealing and extensive. Loved the river cruise so much that we did it twice, day and night! Our transportation and connections were flawless. Can not thank you enough for your help in providing us with many wonderful memories! Gratefully, Linda H - Linda H.
Annette, well we're back from an outstanding cruise. Love the Serenade. great ship, crew, food, and service! We booked 3 cruises on this trip. Jim K - James K.
This was my first river cruise and one I have been wanting to do for quite awhile. Having done a fair amount of research on various cruise lines which ply the Danube, I selected Ama Waterways on the recommendation of my travel agent. I was not disappointed, as the cruise exceeded my expectations in all respects. The facilities were excellent, the service superb and the food sumptuous. I sailed on the AmaViola, the newest ship of the line, from Vilshofen, Germany to Budapest, Hungary. The ship was impressive and well maintained. Since the weather was sunny and warm, I spent a fair amount of time on the sundeck and outside lounge areas. There was a jogging/walking track around perimeter of the sundeck which offered a great way to get a little exercise and burn off a few calories as did the fitness center. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the ship both inside and out. Virtually every square inch of the ship was cleaned at least once daily and the cleanliness of the rooms and suites was impeccable. The level of service by all members of the crew was exceptional. Every crew member did their utmost to satisfy any request from a guest and did so in a heartfelt and cheerful manner. The servers in the dining room made it a point to know your name and your preferences regarding seating and food. It was open seating in the dining room which afforded the opportunity to meet many of the other guests. The quality and presentation of the food was excellent with several choices on the dinner menus. Breakfast and lunch were usually buffet style but you could also order from the menu. The wines were very good with several choices available along with helpful descriptions by the sommeliers. The city tours were well organized with options for hikers, walkers, slow walkers and on several occasions bicycle tours for the more adventurous. The onboard entertainment included visiting artists from several cities we docked at along the river. On this trip we enjoyed performances by a pair of sopranos, a violin trio and a Hungarian folk group. All were fabulous and left to standing ovations. The cruise completely lived up to its advertisement and I could not find anything to find fault with. If you are looking for a river cruise where you are pampered with outstanding service, great ambience, delicious food, excellent tours and great entertainment, I definitely recommend this one. Loved every minute of the trip! I would recommend Caravan to everyone and your agency as well. Thank you Annette & Joan for helping to make this trip a memorable one. Debi P - Debra P.
Hi, We had a marvelous trip and truly enjoyed the hotel. There were a few negatives so I'll tell you them first. There was confusion with the transfers.... So we had to go back to...get that straightened out.... our Amstar representative at the hotel was only there From 9 - 12 each day and not at all on Thurs. ... the other reps were there all day every day for questions and whatever else they needed. We had booked Olio's for our first dinner.... It was outdoor dining. The waiter informed us it would be family style .... We said we wanted to see a menu & choose .... those coupons were not very helpful. You had to order a $90 or more bottle to use the $20 coupon. ... They were not happy serving 12 people. ... - the food was delicious - mosquitos... w[ere] a problem and ...change[d] the other 2 reservations to indoors. The rest of the trip was so different from that first experience. The rooms were beautiful, _____and _____ upgraded to a swim up room which had access to the pool from off their patio for no charge. ____ upgraded to a suite so the girls had their own bedroom for no charge. _____ upgraded also but they did charge him $240 more. [We] were very happy with our room. The service was spectacular. On Wed, the night of our romantic dinner, (it was outdoor in the gazebo but I was covered in bug spray this time) and it was wonderful. There was a bouquet of roses and a bottle of champagne with it. When we go[t] back to our room Luisa had filled the tub and put rose petals in the water and ma[d]e a rose petal heart on the floor. There was another bottle of champagne on the table. Everyone was very impressed. The food in all the restaurants was 5 star dining and everyone enjoyed it and tried different cuisines. [Our young grandson] was eating sea bass and octopus and sushi. We ate at all the restaurants we could. Loved Vento, the Mediterranean, the best and ate there 2 nights. Nightly entertainment was excellent. Wonderful memories. I love being with the family and it could not have been at a better place. Thanks for helping make it possible... Kathy - Kathleen F.
Dear Annette, Just came back from cruise yesterday and I had to write about the experience. Ship was beautiful and service great! Despite the size I never felt rushed or crowded. Entertainment was Broadway quality. I have cruised most of the cruise lines including the most luxurious and expensive and this was by far the most FUN. Leaving from NYC was so convenient, parking easy. Clean and efficient, a wonderful experience. Suzy - Suzanne K.
Hi Annette, I have so much to tell you, I don't know where to start. First, THANK YOU!!!! We had a really good time on our cruise last week. The Norwegian Gem is a great ship, much more manageable for us than the Breakaway. We've never had any issues with NCL and we had none this time either. … The cruise itself was good. Our stateroom was amazing. It was, by far, the best one I've ever had on any cruise. The location was perfect. The one thing I liked more about the Breakaway was the kids' pool. The Breakaway's was much better for Danny, but the pool on the Gem had a ledge area where Danny could stay and play. Neither he nor I swim and the pool's shallow end was 4’11 so he stayed on the ledge most of the time. He still got 2 to 3 hours of pool time so he was fine. The heat in the Bahamas got to Mom. We went to the dolphin interaction at the Atlantis resort and the walk from where they drop you off to the beach was really far. The length of the walk and the humidity got to Mom and thought she was going to pass out. The people at Atlantis were very nice to her and let her stay in the air conditioning and got her spot where she could still see me and Danny with the Dolphins. So Mom is done with cruises to hot weather places. Which brings me to my next request. We said we were done with cruises for a while, but of course, I was back on NCL's website today. We would like to book a cruise for next June. I looked at the Gem again and the week of June 21-27th, it is sailing to Nova Scotia. I think Danny will be finished school by then (First Grade!!!). So, I was wondering if you could make the reservation for us. It will be the 3 of us again and we would like stateroom … or a room in that same vicinity. When I looked at the prices, they gave a quote of the Norwegian rate of $1099 per person. We'll also take the insurance and pre-pay the gratuities, if possible. Whatever deposit is necessary, …. Thank you so much. I just have to tell you (and I'm not saying this because we're friends) I would not have anyone else book a cruise for us. With all the cruises you've booked for us, we have never once had an issue or a problem or any doubts that you would do an amazing job. Whenever I talk to people about cruises, I give them your name and website. Thank you so much for everything. I told Mom we all have to go on a cruise together someday. I've also attached a few pictures from our adventures. Hope all is well with you. Talk to you soon. Love, BJ - Barbara R.
Annette, It was a really nice trip. Leslie was really nice and she was very knowledgeable about the states we tour. You really need to keep the Dune Buggy ride. That was a lot of fun. I think that one thing that should have been added is the trip up the Needle. We all did that on our own but I think that it should be part of the package. Great job and I am glad to be back at the beach for the rest of the summer. Enjoy. Carmela F - Carmela F.
Dear Annette, I would just like to say that I was disappointed upon my arrival on the Explorer of the Seas on April 24th, 2014. When I and my friend Juanita entered our cabin it was a mess, it was flooded, the door was not working and there were paint chips all over the place. This was my roommates’ first cruise and I felt most terrible for her. I immediately got on the phone to Renee back home and complained to her, she told me to go to guest services and once they are made aware of the problem she assured me that the problem would be taken care. Well, I have to say she was right, they did fix the problem and we were able to be as comfortable as we had expected to be. We had a wonderful time, the service was impeccable, the food was wonderful, the shows were phenomenal and we had a great trip and we will definitely be sailing with Royal Caribbean again. Thank you Theresa S - Theresa S.
Dear Annette, Many, many thanks for putting together our wonderful trip to Costa del Sol. Everyone had a great time because of all your efforts and the special treats you arranged for us. It was a lovely time for all of us and we are grateful. Best, Cathie H - Cathleen H.
3/27/2014 Dear Annette, Just a note to tell you how much I enjoyed the recent trip to Spain. I had a really great time with a fun group of folks. It was great to meet you and I want to thank you for all of your efforts in coordinating the flights and the tours. You did a masterful job with it all, and I will certainly look to you for all of my future travel plans. Sincerely, Joe Arcari - Joseph A.
Hi Annette, I really enjoyed the trip. I have not been on a “tour” in a long time but it worked out nicely, it was a great group. I feel I really saw so much of Spain, and the trip to Tangiers was special. I had wicked jet lag last week and I’m sure you can relate, having to work the week like I did. I have not done anything with my photos yet, but will get to that soon. Thanks again! Best Regards, Angela C - Angela C.
Dear Annette, I enjoyed the WEATHER, THE AIR... SUCH AN IMPROVEMENT OVER WHAT IS HERE. THE MEDITERRANEAN AT MY DOORSTEP. NOT HAVING TO MOVE AND REPACK. HAVING DECENT NIGHTLY ENTERTAINMENT- DIDN'T REALIZE HOW IMPORTANT THAT WAS TO ROUND OUT THE DAY. HAVING COMPATIBLE TRAVELING PARTNERS TO HAVE FUN WITH, SHARE MEALS WITH. THE AFFORDABLE PRICE. HAVING MY FRIEND, ANNETTE ALONG. THANKS FOR ASKING. And on to the next one. JoAnn C - JoAnn C.
Hi Annette, We just got back from our cruise and wanted to let you know what a great time we had! We loved the ship, the food, the activities and especially the crew. Bermuda was a blast. Thanks to you and Joan for making this a truly memorable family reunion. Attached is a picture of all the Longs. I will be calling you soon to talk about our vacation plans for next summer. Take Care, Gail - Gail L.
Annette, Definitely on my list to see the Fjords and northern lights. Please send catalogs you have. Any idea when this is on PBS? Our trip went well to the Panama Canal - we did not take the rollator which turned out ok because the hall near our stateroom was always crowded with carts for cleanup. We also got off at every port except for the canal. It had rained very hard the night before and all tours were cancelled because of flooding. We could experience the locks from our balcony. Also, nice room - thanks! Beth M
Annette...The trip was GREAT!!!!...scenery was Awesome. accomodations were excellent & Tom (the tour guide) was Fantastic all this = A GREAT VACATION!!...Thanks for putting it all together ... John S - John S.
Annette, here's some quick feedback on the Alaska/SF trip. The cruise was really great even with the cold weather, 46 dgrees the first two day but then it got up into the mid 50's and was fine. The only cruise tour we took was the whale watching and we saw at least 30 whales. We used the specialty dinner in the Brazilian steak house and I would highly recommend it. The hotel in Vancouver was very good, especially the location, very close to Yaletown and its great restaurants and brew pubs. The Ramada has a very nice Irish pub which we took advantage of the night it was too rainy to walk around. Hotel guests can get discount coupons for breakfast in the pub also. We walked to the metro 3 or 4 blcks away (downhill) pulling our bags and got a train directly to the airport. $1.75 for seniors. You buy the ticket at a vending machine in the station with a credit card. A great saving over limos or taxis. The Hop on Hop off was absolutely great, really got to see Vancouver. Our second day was sunny until about 6pm when the rains came again. If you have clients who plan on visiting tell them to bring rain ponchos with hood and they'll do fine. You were certainly right about the location of the Hotel Abri. We bought a 3-day "passport" for muni and used it on the cable cars, buses and light rail (trolley cars). The passport cost us $21 for 3 days and we would have spent over $30 without it and would not have ventured out like we did. One cable car ride is $6 and the other rides are $2. Thanks for doing a great job for us. Kay H - Catherine H.
