I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for everything you did for our cruise in July. We had such an incredible time and we thoroughly enjoyed the ship and all of the ports. That was our last big trip before we PCS back to the States and it was awesome. Greece is definitely my favorite European country now; the food was incredible.
Thank you also for the bottle of wine in our stateroom; that was a sweet gesture and we really appreciated it. We took them to dinner one night to share and it was great.
Angela, you sat with me for more than 2 hours and helped me plan out a vacation we can be proud of and still afford! You are a priceless gem in my book and I will DEFINITELY be coming to you next time I wish to plan a cruise. Thank you so much!
A HUGE THANK YOU to Angela Brumbaugh for your help on our family reunion Baltic cruise! I shared this story on another FB page, but wanted to share it here as well, for anyone considering Angela's services. She is a life saver!!
My parents and I recently used Angela for a Baltic cruise, and she went above and beyond in so many ways. But there are two situations that take the cake that I feel I must share!
First, shortly after my mother booked (and paid for) the cruise for the entire family -- yes, it was a family reunion cruise (my parents, my brother and his family, and my family) - my husband discovered that he might not be able to go. There was a brief period during the middle of the cruise that he thought he might need to fly. Instead of canceling the entire trip for the whole family, we called the cruise line and asked if he could leave the cruise for 3 nights/2 days in the middle, and join back. We got a hard NO and a stonewall - no matter how hard we tried! My mom contacted Angela. Within 2 days, she had approval from the top dogs at Norwegian that they would allow us this option. My husband ended up not needing to leave, but having the option available eased so much stress!! I was shocked she was able to get this done!
Situation number two --- The day before the cruise, my parent’s flight from San Antonio, TX to Copenhagen got seriously derailed in London. They were delayed due to an engine fire on another plane. My mom worked with agents there for hours to no avail. The soonest they could get them into Copenhagen was 2 days AFTER cruise departure. The agents even looked at other flights getting them to a later stop in the cruise, such as Germany, Finland.. anything - but they found nothing that would work. The agents told my mom to give up. My mom called Angela in tears. Angela calmly told her to go have dinner and that she would work it out. Sure enough, within an hour or two, Angela managed flights from London to Paris (with hotel reservations), and then Paris to Berlin (again, with hotel reservations.) My parents were able to join us on the ship on the second morning of the cruise - and only missed the very first night.
I cannot thank Angela Brumbaugh enough, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!! She will be our travel agent for life!

I just wanted to say thanks again for all of your help with planning our cruise. I think it made a huge difference having a room with a balcony (I think we'll always have to have a balcony when we cruise now!), and we never would've gotten that without your help. We had a really great time, it was an amazing trip. We were the most excited about St Petersburg, but Berlin ended up being Thomas' favorite port, and mine was Copenhagen. St Petersburg was great, but we definitely prefer to explore on our own as opposed to the big coach tours. It was still a great excursion though, the guides were impressively knowledgeable, and we got to see SO much.
Anytime anyone mentions a cruise to me now I mention your name or direct them to your Facebook page, thanks again!
The trip was great! The weather was nearly perfect! All the arrangements were very good. The hotels were very nice and our tour guide/driver, Martin, was stellar!

We had the most wonderful time on our cruise and spent some of the best family time together in years. We thank you for the hard work and patience. Will send some pictures as we get them developed (of the excursions).
