We are grateful for booking, guiding and crossing every necessary to make our 2021 Viking River Cruise Paris to Normandy a truly memorable and delightful trip.
As you know, we were originally scheduled pre covid, but as shipping date came near, everything shut down and we were stuck going nowhere.
Sara, you stuck right by us, kept up the communication as Viking tried to reschedule a few more times until, voila! we had a green light to go! Yay!
You patiently answered and/or directed all our questions regarding air, ship, insurance, making sure we had all necessary health paperwork in hand to board our flight to Europe and board the Viking Radgrid in Paris right by the Eiffel Tower. What a sight!
