It was more than just booking, she had to send my travel certificates to the Sandals Miami office, and we had to wait to make sure it went through before my certificates expired! I had such an amazing time in Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini). Traveling from place to place was pretty much effortless with only a minor “hiccup” or two. I would definitely use Maria again for my travel needs.

We had never used a travel agent before to book vacations, and always either booked ourselves or went through Royal Caribbean directly to book a cruise. There are truly no words to express our gratitude and thanks. Our honeymoon was meant to be a trip of a life time for us and it was exactly that. Each hotel you picked out in each city was perfect and unique. Each location was central to each city yet just far enough away to still be quiet and peaceful. The hotel in Rome is the oldest hotel in the city. How many people can say they slept in a hotel that has been around since the 1400's! The view in Sorrento was beyond breathtaking. The courtyard in the hotel in Florence was so peaceful and allowed us to unwind from the busy crowds. Venice - our canal view/corner room on the top floor was the perfect way to spoil us on our last leg of the trip. The hotel's amenities were incredible.
We never had to worry about transportation - you had that all lined up perfectly. Each train we rode, every private car transfer and the water taxi in Venice was well thought out and organized. Listening to other travelers describe their nightmares figuring out how to get to each destination made us even more grateful for all the behind the scenes legwork you did for us.
Our two guides in Rome for the Forum Tour and Vatican Tour were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommended you continue to use that company.
The minivan tour in Tuscany was great as far as what we saw/did.
I cant say enough about the company you used in Venice. They were like having our own personal escorts. I wish I could remember the young lady's name that picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport. Not only did she ride with us in the water taxi, she made sure took us all the way to the Delta ticket counter inside the airport (no small feat either).
The way you placed Sorrento in the middle and Venice in the end was also very much appreciated. Rome and Florence were busy and crowded and being able to have the water/mountain views to relax with not much planned other than the gondola ride was perfect!

While it was back to work today, I keep reflecting on the amazing European vacation I was able to experience with my spouse and my mom last week. And while we visited so many awesome sites and locales, it wasn't about checking things off the to do list with militant Griswald precision (ok, maybe a little). Instead it was realizing the blessing of taking the time to spend together and to share experiences that we will cherish forever.
Jim and I have been fortunate to have visited many of these amazing places before but seeing the awe on my mom's face as she entered St. Peter's Basilica or gazed upon the statue of David before her just gave me so much joy and happiness. And while a trip abroad would have been way beyond my Dad's comfort, I felt his grace and spirit with us throughout the journey.

I met Maria while we were both vacationing at a resort in Mexico six years ago (though she spent much of the time investigating other properties) and had an immediate connection and confidence in her vast knowledge and abilities. Since then, Maria has coordinated several cruises for us and she constantly exceeds expectations! Oh my GOSH....that's all I can say about that trip. It was absolutely AMAZING! (& Mother Nature cooperated and we had beautiful sunny days, 9 out of the 10 days!)
The location for both hotels in Rome and Florence were perfect & the accommodations were outstanding! We were upgraded in all the hotels which was awesome (thanks to you!)
And Positano was just as close to paradise as I'll ever get...and our balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sitting out there at night as peaceful as ever. The tour with Raffeale was awesome and he took us to the same restaurant he took you and your friend to with awesome food and a beautiful view. And we had Antoinette for our tour guide for Pompeii who was so funny and knowledgeable. Just like you had said, well worth the money for that whole day experience to really see the Amalfi Coast.
Colin and I really cannot thank you enough for planning an absolutely AMAZING trip, one that we will surely remember for the rest of our lives! And everything went seamlessly as far as drivers, hotels, tours, etc, so you ROCK! We will definitely be reaching out to you again :)

We enjoyed Venice very much, The views from Ravello are out of this world, def think it's on the top of our list. The day tour that you recommended could not have been any better, really was just the perfect day!! We ended it off with dinner on the beach in Positano. Thanks to you it took us about 7 minutes to board the ship and begin vacationing, even though there was a long line waiting to board. Our accommodations were outstanding. Room large, plenty of storage space, balcony large enough for 2 chairs and table. Food was great, casino was kind, ship beautiful, staff on ship was amazing. It was really great (even the extra pounds) and we thank you for all your hard work.

My wife and I wanted to do something very special with our family so we contacted Maria to help us plan a family cruise. We have 6 adult children (with 6 adult significant others) and 9 grand children. My brother and his wife also joined us for a grand total of 25 people.
We started the planning with pricing for inside cabins, then moved to outside cabins, finally settling on balconies for all of us. But not just anywhere. We wanted adjoining rooms. Maria kept up with all of our changes just fine.
We decided, on Maria's recommendation, to sail on Royal Caribbean's "Freedom of the Seas." What a beautiful ship and terrific choice!!
When we arrived we found everything as promised. We were able to open up the dividers between our balconies allowing us to walk from cabin to cabin giving us tons of room and a great location to spend with our family. And to our surprise chocolate covered strawberries were delivered to our cabin. A thoughtful gift from Maria.
Maria also made sure that we were all together for dinner. Three tables were arranged for us. We could eat together every night, enjoy each others company, and talk about our daily events. My wife and I live in Florida; my brother and his wife in Phoenix; one couple in Vegas; one couple in Williamsburg; and the rest in western New York so we are pretty spread out. This gave us the perfect opportunity to catch up; and for some to meet our newest family members. Everyone agreed that dinner each night with the family was one of the best times on the cruise!
This, by far, was the best cruise ever. Being able to spend it with our family was priceless! And we never would have been able to do this without all of Maria's hard work and planning!

It was amazing! We really had such a great time! Having the car allowed us to do so much. While in Scotland it rained 1 time, but we were eating lunch so it didn't matter. In Ireland they were actually in the middle of a heat wave! It was in the 80s for most of our time there. Haha it wouldn't have been so bad? but we packed for weather in the 50s-60s lol everyone there was like we haven't had weather like this in 10 years!! Lol
