We had a wonderful cruise and a great time on the excursions we got from you too. Great tip for 5:00pm dining! We ate in the main dining every night and enjoyed the fabulous food. Carol saved our vacation! A cruise we had scheduled through a casino offer was canceled the night before we were to leave. We reached out to Carol first thing in the morning the following day. Carol got back to us right away and within a few hours, we were booked for 7 nights in an all-inclusive resort in Tulum Mexico with flights for the following morning. Thank you so much Carol!! I had originally planned a cruise with my daughter, which was canceled the night before our scheduled departure due to propulsion problems with the ship. I called Carole Criddle with Cruise Planners (Sparks NV) and gave her some details regarding our wishes for a trip that would work for us. We had a very small window to achieve our goal as my daughter had her vacation time from work already locked in and it would have been almost impossible to change to other dates for the foreseeable future. Keep in mind this was a Saturday morning and we had planned to depart the filling day . Carole was able to offer several options that fit our budget and timetable within about an hour. The cruise was so much fun! The staff took good care of us. My kids got a kick out of Franco’s “….ok, bye.” We loved it! Only tricky part was that none of the staff spoke very good English so it was hard to understand them. But we got a free day of sailing because of the hurricane for free!! I was thankful they didn’t just drop us off at any port they could get to. They kept us out to sea to keep us safe. Food was good too. Loved the shows and the comedy club.- Ashley C.

Disneyland was good,tirering, but good. Crowded and long lines. The problem was not with Disneyland, it was with the hotel. It was horrible. Would never recommend this place for a dog to stay at.

We sailed out of New Orleans on the Carnival Dream, Nov 12, 2017. First time out of NOLA but it was a very easy experience. We parked at the port, a little pricey but very convenient. This was also our first time on the Dream. We have sailed multiple times on the Magic and the Breeze and love this class of ships. It's a Vegas glitzy decor on this one but warm and comfortable!
We had a balcony on deck 6 aft. Great cabin service. We were on your time dining so went to the dining room three evenings. All meals and service were extremely good.
Chris Mathews, the Flying Scotsman, was a high energy cruise director with an amazing voice. We were in the Casino Ultra group so most of the time was spent in the casino.
Enjoyed a day at the public beach on Grand Cayman (hate the shuttles) and went to Paradise Beach in Cozumel, our favorite spot! MO Bay, Jamaica is not a favorite so we just got off, walked around the little shops by the port which are pricey compared to the other islands, and headed back to the ship and relaxed for the day.
I would sail out of NOLA and on the Dream again without a problem.
