Testimonials
This is my 3rd time booking with Cruise Planners Travel, specifically Kate, and she has exceeded my expectations every time. I appreciate how detailed- oriented she is, how she’s always looking to get me the best deal and how she keeps me organized as the trip gets closer. This year, two other families joined us and Kate made sure we had cabins near each other, she scheduled a dinner table to accommodate all 14 of us and she scheduled our sailboat excursion to make sure all 14 of us were on the same boat! You always go over and above Kate! So lucky to have you!

The first thing that comes to mind is how smoothly connections were considering how many people were involved not just with their own plans but with our plans
And I felt all worked out well by Kate Froemming

Thank you again for your hard work making our holiday so pleasurable. Kate’s planning for our week in Amsterdam and in London made those weeks easy and smooth. Prearranged transportation was efficient and comfortable and accommodated our needs with luggage and walkers. Our combination of cruises and land exploration provided a fabulous 5 week holiday . Thank you Kate with Cruise Planners

Kate handled every detail of our trip seamlessly—from booking the cruise and arranging our extended stay in Amsterdam to securing travel insurance. When we ultimately had to cancel, she managed the entire process for us and ensured we received a full refund. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication gave us complete peace of mind every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Unfortunately, this "vacation " was for a graveside service for my Mom . Kate was GREAT ! Non-stop air flight and hotel arrangements were GREAT!

Meeting Kate for the first time by accident on the world cruise was an accident in my favor. I had booked my world cruise through a different company and they never followed through with any complementary things nor assistance. When I met Kate she asked me right off if I was in the military. I said I like ships because I was in the Navy and she said “oh did you get your discount for being a veteran”? I said no, and she got right on it and got that discount for me. She didn’t have to. I'm sure she knew that would cement maybe a relationship in which she could help me with other things. Ever since then she certainly has helped me, and I really appreciate it.

Kate has been my travel agent since 2018. Since that time I have booked many cruises and 2 train vacations from Kate. She has consistently provided me with excellent service. Always finding exactly what I wanted and always finding the best price. This has saved me uncounted hours of searching the internet for cruises. She has always responded immediately when I have had questions. Her depth of knowledge concerning traveling and cruising is unparalleled, having travelled widely herself. In the future I plan to book all of my travel with Kate knowing she always goes above and beyond to help her clients.

Working with Kate Froemming has been such a wonderful experience. The textbook definition of a professional, Kate displays skills that more than prove her ability of being a competent travel agent. She's remarkable at communicating and providing guidance when needed. She also ensures to provide options and benefits that come her way to me, so I receive the best experience possible. I'm constantly up-to-date with any situation that arises during the booking process, so I’m always reassured with every step up to the cruise. I can’t recommend working with Kate enough.

Working with Kate Froemming has been a wonderful experience. It's very clear that she's a professional on what she does, and she's been incredibly helpful and straightforward during this whole process. It was my first time attending a cruise, so I'm glad I had someone like Mrs. Froemming guide me. If I decide to go on another cruise, I'll be sure to contact her first!

Simply put Kate is the best! The personal attention and care the whole family receive from Kate was amazing. She was so helpful when booking both the cruise and excursions and then when checking-in via the Cruise app, sending me step by step instructions and answering all my questions. Once we got to port, she was there to receive us and personally guide us inside and onto the ship. Having been on a cruise only one other time, it was nice having her be in the same cruise sharing her pro tips as a cruise traveler! You can feel the passion and how Kate loves what she does as a travel agent! Kate, thank you so much for making our cruise experience so awesome and for going above and beyond! It would not have been the same without you. We are very lucky to have you as our friend and now as our agent, photographer and tour guide :). We throughly enjoyed our family vacation because of you!

Kate Dep Froemming is an exemplary travel agent who has definitely earned being a major asset for your company. She is highly efficient and 'covers all the bases' when planning one's vacation. All of this is done with a friendly smile and an exceedingly kind demeanor. Kate actually goes well and above what one would expect from a travel agent to ensure that her clients are well cared for when on vacation. I would rank her above 20 on a scale of 1 to 10.
