The ship Reflection needs a lot of work a complete renovation. The shows were great especially the singers and dancers and acrobats. The food was adequate , not great, and the service for breakfast was extremely slow. The beach and pool was wonderful and a lots of fun in Bimini and the Hemingway house in Key West was informative. We have been on some 35 cruises in the past and this was our first 4 night cruise and we prefer longer cruises so it is hard to say that it was a phenomenal cruise but it was on. Although we had bad weather and could not dock at Bermuda for the three days, we were able to dock for half a day on Friday. The trip was relaxing and enjoyable with a staff onboard who were excellent. The booking with Sharon was also excellent with updates frequently. I felt we were always informed due to Sharon's diligence & caring for her clients. I highly recommend to anyone her expertise in creating a seamless and wonderful vacation. As an example when we went to the Galapogos islands & had problems with the flights in Miami, she was on top of it and immediately rebooked us on other flights to make sure we didn't miss the boat, literally. Well, I am almost feeling like a human being again. Yesterday it was questionable! I want to thank you so very much for the trip of a lifetime. It exceeded my wildest imagination and was a huge hit to everyone involved.
