This was my first cruise, and it was a lot of fun. Some of the planned events and get-togethers really enhanced the experience. Jace was amazing and really brought a lot of energy to the party.
Don was a pleasure to interact with, despite having two separate groups on board he made sure to stop in and socialize often. He was always smiling and helped with issues arising with my billing.
Don and the Cruise Planners team were great. Very helpful and so nice. Issues were solved immediately and we got some unexpected fun surprises on our board game cruise. They helped us have such a fun time that we already booked our next cruise with them before we left the ship!
This was my first cruise. Don was extremely helpful in answering questions and getting me signed up for my first cruise. Once on board, Don and his team were fantastic in making sure everything on board was taken care of. The team put in a lot of work to make everything seem effortless and fun.

Don was fantastic. We had allot of problems getting to the port for our cruise when our plane got cancelled and he helped us (actually and emotionally) to get transportation to the port. Once there he checked in to make sure we were ok. We took his advice and in Routan, Honduras went on his group trip to see the local ruins and it was the highlight of the trip. He got local guides who took us to their houses afterwards and had the most authentic meal you could imagine. Would absolutely book with Don again!
Had a GREAT cruise !! James, thanks for all the "extras" and the perfect planning. The off ship trips were very interesting along with the onboard special meals. Well planned.
