Our recent trip to Italy was everything we hoped for and more, and we have Donna Knasiak and Cruise Planners to thank for helping make it happen.
One of the highlights of the trip was exploring Sicily and tracing Bekki's family roots. From wandering the streets of Palermo to driving through Corleone and visiting small Sicilian towns connected to her ancestors, the experience was incredibly meaningful.

Donna and I are buds from another, and we never discussed vacations until I shared about our frequent trips. This year I took a vacation to Hawaii with my wife, brother, sister, and brother-in-law. We used Donna to plan our trip. We had a fantastic time visiting the islands. We went to Oahu first for a week, then had plans to visit the Big Island to see the volcano. Well, a day before we were to fly to Hilo, Hawaiian Airlines sent me a text that our flight back to Oahu was cancelled! I started to freak out because the flight back to Oahu was on the day that we were to return home. So, now we had to decide how we are going to make it all work. I contacted Donna and she booked us on a Southwest flight that had everything work out. Then after we returned home, Donna went above and beyond to help us get my refund from Hawaiian Airlines. Thank you Donna for a wonderful vacation and saving us from an unexpected cancelled flight.

Words fail me!! The tour was amazing!!! It began with two days in Prague (on arrival we were greeted with a 'welcome' from Joy and Wonder Travel) and continued via the Viking Cruise Line Ship 'Idi', stopping at significant cities along the Mainz, Mosel and Rhine Rivers, ending with two days in Paris. Donna personally guided Bill and me and our friends thru all of the 'ins and outs' of travel with Viking. To name a few cities along our way to Paris: Nuremberg, Bamberg, Heidelberg and Luxembourg

It was amazing! Although it was my first cruise experiencing the Virgin Line, I know it will not be my last!!! From the first contact with our advisor, Donna Knasiak to the disembarking at the end, she was on top of every detail. And, if a question or issue arose that she did not know the answer to, she immediately went to get the answer. Every detail of my experience was memorable. No request left unfulfilled! Donna arranged all of our tours...which took us to Key West and Bimini. Donna was truly invested in creating a Joy-filled and wonder-filled vacation. The trip to Puerto Vallarta as spectacular. Donna, again put us in the best resort - Hyatt Ziva - all-inclusive and great service. we upgraded to a room where there is a private pool for about 6 rooms in a row right in front of the patio of the huge room we had. The service is consistently great. The 2 excursions we took were delightful: Yelapa falls yacht ride with a stop to swim in the ocean and observe dolphins and whales, and the second was completely spectacular: Rhythms of the night - I highly recommend this. it includes a dinner in a 'like island' with torches and restaurants for the buffet dinner followed by a stunning performance (Like Cirque De Soleil) with the Amazonas theme. we loved everything about this trip! pictures to follow
