While you couldn’t predict the fabulous weather we had, you did provide us with great accommodations in the Aqua Class. We were extremely happy with not only Blu but all the specialty restaurants, the service and food. We felt special every where we went.

Loved the Rhine-Moselle cruise with Avalon. Please tell people that they should never cruise the Rhine w/o adding the Moselle. That was the best part of the cruise for us.

Me...I am the Caribbean Queen or want to be??? I loved the surprise of islands popping up out of the water. I was in awe of the constant water and sky changes. IT was truly a worship and spiritual exprience for me. The trip was great. I loved the swim up room.. spent a lot of time sitting there in the water. We were apparently supposed to have a room somewhere else but they changed it to one with an ocean view. I never really figured out why. That was a great location. The place was extremely clean, friendly, tons of places to eat. We didn't get to them all. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Thanks for the recommendation of a place and for booking it all for us.

Our trip to Hawaii was the trip of a lifetime!!! My sister & I had a wonderful time.
You helped us SO much with the initial planning & all thru the trip. Thank you for the little extra things we found in our room from you when we got on board. The water was priceless. It had been awhile since I had taken a cruise & didn't remember they charged you for water. We talked with a lot of other people who had not used travel agents & stood in line a lot fixing things. The cruise ship was definitely the way to go. We saw so much in a week its hard to remember it all.
Loved the text message you sent us for our final flight together. We went to the section that was on the ticket & then got the text from you & realized they had changed the gate on us! You saved us from missing our plane.
I would say there are two things that stood out for me. The first would be the helicopter ride. I was terrified. Sister wanted to go, so we went. Best part of the whole trip! It was a beautiful day & it had rained a little the day before so there were tons of waterfalls inside the volcano. Beautiful!!!
The second thing that was great was dinner the first night. My sister & I sat down at a table for six & said we would not mind sitting with others. A few minutes later four other ladies sat down at our table. They were also two sets of two. To make a long story short, we ended up having dinner together every night & compared notes on where we had been how our day had gone. It added an extra level to our trip.

My travel agent! She managed to get this group of people to Alaska and then some. From fishing for Salmon to the mountains of Denali. We traveled by plane, bus, trains, boats, canoes, helicopter, vans, amphibious vehicles, cruise ship and by foot! We saw so many incredible sights that there truly aren't words to describe. I had such a great time creating new memories with some very special people in my life. Thank you Laurie you did an amazing job... How you didn't lose your mind I'll never know!

Tracy just wanted to thank you so much for helping make our first visit to Jamaica wonderful experience. We appreciate everything you did to make our travel so easy. We will contact you for our future travels. Rob and I really enjoy the Martha Brae river rafting. Our captain was very friendly and informed us about different plants and history of Jamaica as we took a relaxing trip down the river. We also had a great time on the river tubing. It was a fun experience tubing down the river. We had a large group with us but the 2 guides were wonderful keeping everyone together. The Jewel Paradise resort was great and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Also the driver we had from the airport taught us a lot as we drove to the resort. He was so informative. From August 24-September 11, 2016, I traveled to London and Scotland using the services of travel concierge Tracy Gyr. This was the second time that Tracy planned my trip for me, and as with the first, her organization was impeccable! I told her the tour I wanted (Trafalgar's Outlander Themed Highland Trail), the dates I wanted to go and left the rest to Tracy.
The tour itself was spectacular, and our tour director Bridget Upton was charming, engaging and fun. I highly recommend this particular tour of Scotland, even if one is not a fan of "Outlander" (there were three on our tour who had never heard of the show, and they loved the trip).
Tracy went over my itinerary prior to the trip, guided me through a Trafalgar glitch of not initially meeting our tour director at the airport in Edinburgh, and she followed up with a call when I got home, to see if everything met my expectations.
Without reservation, I recommend Tracy Gyr's services for anyone planning a trip, whether it's an organized guided tour or a getaway on one's own. She has the contacts, the knowledge and attention to detail to instill confidence for the trip! Now, I'm off to dream up my next one.

Thanks Tracy for all your help with our Hawaiian Cruise on Pride of America. It was my top bucket list trip. My best excursion ever was riding in a helicopter with no doors over an active volcano!!! Other than the long flight (which is what it is), the cruise was the best and the Pacific Beach Hotel was a great location and had great views. Dear Tracy: Just wanted to tell you "THANK YOU" for a wonderful vacation. This is a vacation that everyone should take. Anchorage was a fun town. The girls enjoyed shopping; I really liked the museum and all the private airplanes around town.
Mt. McKinley was absolutely beautiful and in its glory. Thanks for fixing the weather! DeNali National Park was breathtaking. The train ride on the last car with its bubble glass dome and the open air observation deck was a special treat to this model railroader.
The cruise ship was perfect, especially with its exquisite dining. By the way, thanks for arranging for the 5.9 earthquake while on board; the 30 second vibration was a real thrill! Glacier Bay was unbelievable. What a wonderful natural wonder to see.
The highlight of the trip was the helicopter flight to Mendenhall Glacier and the dog sled ride. Kate just loved it and Connie held on tight during the flight through the beautiful mountains to the Glacier. I am so glad Kate could not adopt Attica, the two-month old Husky puppy, and bring her home from the Glacier. Attica was a real cutie!
I was even surprised that you requested rain at the Rainforest Totem Park, although you didn't really need to go that far!
All kidding aside, thanks for a great vacation that we will always remember! You made it so wonderful and easy!

Our trip was amazing!!! Enjoyed land and ship. Can’t even say what I liked better, the land part or the cruise part. Only one disappointment—it rained in Juneau (no dog sledding). I was soooo disappointed but “it is what it isâ€. We took a bush plane ride in Talkeetna. That was so much fun. I absolutely loved Talkeetna. What a cute, quaint lil Alaskan town. I loved the river boat ride in Fairbanks. From our first weekend with family to the very end it was magnificent.
We chatted with so many people along the way. So many people were there from the Pittsburgh area. Had a clan of retired people from Florida that we ran into and chatted with all the time. They were so much fun. Met two women from England who travel all over the world. They had so many ideas of places we need to go and see.
I can’t thank you enough for your professional services and your personal touch. Our trip went so smoothly. Not one bump along the way. Even when you said Vancouver airport might strike I wasn’t concerned. I figured whomever you had on call to help us— would help us. We will use your services again and would highly recommend you to anyone we know.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing family vacation in Mexico. The resort " Occidental Grand Xcaret" was amazing. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The food . Awesome. Swimming pool like none I have ever seen. You picked the right place for us. I also wanted thank Julio Chan, the Apple rep at the resort. He was the best. And if anyone else goes there, you must stop and eat at PACOS TACOS. ask for Roman. aka Speedy Gonzalos. Never let my Mojito dry up. We will be talking in the future. Just wanted to thank you for all your help in planning our cruise vacation on Royal Carribean's Mariner of the Seas to the Western Carribean. As we have already told you we had a wonderful time!! None of us had ever gone on a cruise before so it was very special. LOved Royal Carribean and would definitely choose that cruise line again for a carribean destination. The staff was super friendly and very accomodating! The food was delicious (especially in the main dining room). We loved our waiter and assistant waiter! There was so much to do on board. The kids liked the ice show and attending their age-group activities which Royal Carribean did a nice job on.
On our cruise we chose an excursion for every port of call. The first port that we stopped at was Roatan, Honduras. We chose the Tabyana Beach excursion. The scenery was beautiful with the blue carribean waters and the white sand beach. They had one of those Aqua Parks with slide and a trampoline floating on top of the water about 20 feet from shore which the kids loved! I think that we all could have used a few more hours here.
The next place we stopped was Belize. We went to Rendezvous Caye where we had a snorkeling excursion. The Caye itself was stunning and the guides on the boat were very good and helpful. The water was very calm and warm in both areas but the snorkeling was definitely better in Roatan.
Our last excursion was to the Chankanaab water park in Cozumel, Mexico where we did the Dolphin, Push, Pull and Swim. This one was our most expensive excursion and probably worth it since we may never do again. We all got to experience a dolphin kiss, swim and being pushed on a boogie board by our dolphins who were named America and Audrey. This was a great experience for us since we all love animals and were just in awe of these beautiful creatures.
At the end of the week we were so sad when we had to leave the ship. We are hoping to be blessed enough to do this one more time before the kids go off to college. I highly recommend this type of vacation for families!!

I went on the Alaskan Princess Cruise and it was amazing! It was a nice balance of being on the ship as well as being on land. The ports were beautiful and the excursions you suggested were amazing! There was so much to do on the ship and the staff was always willing to help make your trip memorable. The experience and memories will never be forgotten. Thank you for setting up a flawless trip!
