We just returned from the Viking Voyage to Antiquities. We added a few days at the beginning and end of our trip, and Michelle arranged private drivers for us in Rome and Athens for transport to and from the ship and airports, which made the extensions on both ends of our trip smooth and worry-free. Our group started in Barcelona and cruised to France and Italy. Overall a memorable and wonderful trip. Michelle arranged tours in Barcelona, Pisa/Florence and Rome. Every tour was better than expected and the tour guides took us to authentic (not touristy) restaurants. When we realized we had more lugguage than "normal", she quickly jumped in and helped. Our trip to Europe was fantastic. We visited Spain, France, and Italy (land and cruise ship). Michelle was our personal travel agent and all aspects of the trip were perfect and very enjoyable. Let me call out just a few:
* Initial scheduling of the multi city vacation (flight, hotels, transportation, cruise ship, etc.) was seamless with Michelle at the helm.
* Michelle kept an eye on our overall delta vacations and if any discounts were to be applied, she was on it.
* Public transportation was a breeze, as she knew the vehicle driver, vehicle type, and arrival times and open communication all the way
* In the couple of times, we needed small adjustments to the plans, Michelle was "johnny on the spot" with the suggestions and making the changes within a couple of hours with delight..
* We had a day by day itinerary that kept us on schedule and not missing a thing.. This kept us all with something immediate to look forward to.
