I have know Sue Palenik for about 20 years and she has organized so many trips for me that I’ve lost count!! But I have never lost sight of what a dedicated and caring trip planner she is. Sue doesn’t plan a trip with a tourist frame of mind-she wants you to immerse yourself in your travels-to be a traveler not a tourist.
Sue is the only person I’d have book travel plans.When I cruised Alaska a couple of years ago-there was a flight issue and I needed to contact her about 5 in the morning. She straightened everything out in an hour!! She’s the best!!

Working closely with our travel advisor, Sue Palenenik to plan our Italy “trip of a life time” was the best experience. Sue spent hours of her time working with me put together an amazing Italy trip that was outstanding! It exceeded our expectations and I would give a higher rating than 5! There were so many moving parts planning this trip with cities, hotels, tours, private transfers, trains. My husband was also totally impressed and says everything you planned was worth every penny (says a lot coming from him!). Especially the tours and location of hotels. Your guidance and recommendations were perfect!!!!!
Several of our conversations over wine during our trip were “Sue really knows her shit” and we are so happy we utilized your service and expertise in planning our “trip of a lifetime”. If I had attempted t plan this on my own, I would have made travel mistakes in my decisions that would not have been as wonderful as this experience.
