This was an amazing cruise! Mrs. Finley was organized, detail-oriented, and attentive throughout the entire process. I took my niece on this cruise as a graduation gift, and Mrs. Finley upgraded our room, which made the experience even more special. She also had a thoughtful gift waiting for us in our room when we arrived. Mrs. Finley made sure we received all the benefits available to us, including meal plans, excursions, activities, and room upgrades. She even reserved a room for our group to celebrate graduations, birthdays, and anniversaries.
One evening, we all dressed in black and enjoyed dinner together. Mrs. Finley took beautiful pictures that captured memories we will cherish forever. When I tell you that words can’t describe just how awesome Kuanasia Finley truly is. I have never met a person more passionate about her job and making people’s dreams come true. When it comes to details she covers all of them and more. We wanted a simple girls trip to unwind and unwind and have a great time is what we did. We did not have to worry about one single thing. She handled all of the travel, hotel and dining arrangements. The only thing that we had to do was pack for the trip and show up on time.
