We have booked 4 cruises with Maria. She is the best! She is so knowledgeable about all the cruise lines. I had a few gift cards for RCCL. Maria was able to find out how to use them and deduct them from our balance. Maria always seemed to get us a better rate than we found on the web site. On one cruise she was able to get us an additional cabin credit. I recently booked a Panama Canal cruise with Maria. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to an upcoming surgery. Maria was able to switch us to a different RCCL cruise we found with only a minimal service charge, instead of losing our $900 nonrefundable deposit. Maria had all the paperwork and new booking finished in less than a day!! Maria is very calm and able to take care of any problem presented. I have been on about 50 cruises so far. I had never had a dedicated travel agent before Maria. We pretty much did everything ourselves. As I told Maria, "I can see why people use a travel agent". She has undoubtedly saved us many hours on the phone and has taken away the stress of dealing with the cruise companies ourselves! THANK YOU MARIA!.....until the next cruise!!

My husband & I have cruised for many years, our last one being 2019. My sister booked a birthday cruise for my birthday with Maria. We both had never been on a cruise before, and this would’ve been our first experience that we could share. Unfortunately, something came up and she could not make the vacation. I was definitely not looking forward to going alone. I had so much anxiety around being on a cruise by myself.
