Phyllis goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of! She not only took care of all the bookings for our cruise, hotel, rental car and flights, she took the time to get to know us, answer our questions and make meaningful recommendations. While on our cruise, she had a special surprise sent to our room! Room service brownies for the kids and drinks for the adults! This added touch truly sets her apart! In addition, because she took the time to get to know us, she discovered my son's love for Davy Crockett and the Alamo. On her own trip with family to Texas, she went out of her way to bring my son back something from the Alamo until we can plan our own trip to take him. My husband and I utilized and recommended the travel services of Phyllis for our wedding and our wedding guests in September 2023. Phyllis also assisted us with booking our honeymoon and a previous family vacation in early 2023. We relied upon Phyllis because she has a great attention to detail while also delivering options that fit large groups and staying
within any designated budget of an individual.
Our wedding was in Destin, Florida, and Phyllis graciously assisted our guests from various locations with travel arrangements. We chose to utilize Phyllis' travel services instead of booking a room block as she was more accommodating to our guests' individual budgets, location preferences and dietary needs. For our honeymoon, Phyllis planned a special dinner for our honeymoon celebration, requested to have our room decorated and pastries delivered upon arrival and assisted with an onboard complication regarding our dining package within the first 24 hours of our cruise vacation. On our first vacation, Phyllis planned ahead and helped us find parking near the cruise port that met our budget for that vacation, and she also assisted with booking excursions that met the time parameters and experiences we sought.
