This was our first cruise, and we got Jessica‘s contact info from a family friend who had used her services in the past, and was very pleased. Jessica helped us with all our stupid questions lol, and guided us to book the cruise. We sailed from New York to Bermuda, and the Norwegian joy was a gorgeous ship, the staff was outstanding, and Bermuda was a great place to travel to for a first cruise.
