Booked last year. Had a great trip planned to Southern Italy. Unfortunately, hurricanes Debbie and Helene hit the US forcing me to cancel. Hated doing that but Brian took care of everything for me. Will book through him in the future.
I can't thank our travel agent, Brian Steinfeld, enough. My husband and I planned for over two years to go on an epic trip to England, Scotland, and Ireland. Brian made it happen. Over many months, he worked with us over a period to plan a great itinerary that got us to where we wanted to be, with plenty of time built in to relax and enjoy things. Everything he arranged went very smoothly and met our expectations, and this was a complicated trip with a complicated itinerary. Flights, hotels, trains, tickets to events - he handled it all. At one point we ran into some frustrations with a train app, but he answered our "help!" text promptly (though 6 different time zones away), and checked in on us throughout our trip. Everything he recommended and planned for was a success. He was responsive, patient, and exceedingly helpful. I highly recommend him to others, and will most certainly use his services again. Once everything was finalized, Brian created the perfect international itinerary that was easy to follow. Regardless of time zones, Brian kept us updated in real-time. We used WhatsApp to communicate with the local drivers for our transfer needs...super easy.

I had never used a travel agent before, and I was skeptical, mostly because I didn't understand how they worked. I reached out to several agents, but I chose Brian because he responded promptly and was never pushy. Brian was consistently prompt EVERY SINGLE time I contacted him, which was a lot. In fact, I started to worry that I was bothering him because he would answer at all hours and never hesitate to spend two hours on the phone with me late in the evening selecting airline tickets or solving some problem. With Brian, I always felt the freedom to make whatever decisions were best for me and my family and he NEVER put pressure on me to do any particular thing. I honestly felt like he was always working in my best interests. He even lent a sympathetic ear when I would rant about the airlines and how they treated their customers. When we arrived in Rome, our luggage didn't arrive with us and ended up being missing for six days. Brian responded to my desperate texts in the middle of the night and got to work helping us locate the luggage. In summary, Brian challenged all of my preconceived notions about travel agents! All I can say is that I was very grateful for Brian's help when trying to plan my vacation! Travel planning can be at times very stressful. But in this case, my park tickets, airfare, rental car and resort accommodations were all taken care of to my satisfaction. I actually settled on a hotel. However after doing some searching, Brian was able to suggest an actual resort which ended up being way more spacious and comfortable for my family than a hotel, and it was actually less expensive. Going forward, I have no reservations about working with Brian to plan my family's next vacation. I really didn't do any of the leg work. I definitely enjoyed myself and my family had a great time.
