Vicki and her team designed a seamless 11-day itinerary that covered every detail. We traveled through Madeira, Paris, Zurich, and Milan, using planes, scenic trains, private drivers, rental cars, and guided tours along the way. Every connection was smooth, every moment well planned. Our hotels were beautiful, well-located, and we felt completely safe. Best of all, the overall trip cost was significantly less than what we could have put together on our own.- Penny L.
Vicki and David are both great host and always have a fun loving group to travel with.
I think Cruise planners' excursions were not great, they are all extremely expensive and both excursions duration, were less than we expected, one snorkel excursion provided the Equipment, but put a lot of pressure for us to purchase merchandise and tips, also took us to a location where we saw very few turtles and the Baths excursion didn't provide and snorkel equipment and not tell us that we should bring that trip, in addition , the trip duration was one hour short. Thos trips are not supported by Norwegian, so if we need to get out of the boat earlier, they will not honor it . I don't really see the value for the high prices of those excursions.- Shirley P.

We loved the bus we traveled in - more room, comfortable seats and WiFi. Our advisor and bus driver worked together to keep us out of as much of the traffic as possible. Our advisers adjusted the tours to ensure that we saw everything on the itinerary + a few bonuses. The hotel accommodations were good, as were the breakfasts. The last hotel wasn’t the best (maybe 2 stars). It was clean. The banquet was nice, just took a long time for everyone to go thru the buffet. Entertainment was good and loud.- Deborah B.

Everything was wonderful. I felt very safe. Vicki was very much in control and very calm. The only thing I would change is the bus seats were too close together. Children would’ve fit in that bus much better than grown people. But the trip was excellent, and I would recommend you to Any one and everyone. The trip was great! Vicki pays a lot of attention to details and constantly checks on everyone to make sure they are good and enjoying the trip. She even went into the kitchen at one of our hotels and got coffee. My only complaint was the bus seats, they were too small and not much leg room. The scenery was amazing and all the excursions were spot on. I could have skipped the entertainment night, the food was mediocre and the entertainment was pretty lame. All in all, the trip was very enjoyable.- Beverly G.

Great trip booked by Vicki with CIE tours. Thirteen days in Scotland and Ireland. Traveling by bus with very knowledgeable drivers and tour guides.
My husband and I spent five nights in castles and had very nice motels during our trip while visiting cities like Edinburgh, Belfast, Derry and Galway.
Many different experiences were enjoyed. Natural wonders like Giants Causeway and Cliffs of Mohr, quaint little pubs like Crosskeys Inn to mention just a few.
Most meals were prepared by chefs, delicious and presented elegantly.

We booked a one week Viking European river cruise in 2019 through Cruise Planners. We traveled on the Danube beginning in Nuremberg and ending in Budapest. It was our first river trip, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Every city was beautiful and we learned so much history. The ship was lovely, the food was delicious and the staff were lovely! We wish it would have been a longer trip!
Vicki and David are excellent on tours and with your travel. The trips we have taken with them have always been well organized, knowledgeable and smooth going. They have handled unexpected bumps in the travel itinerary by finding quick and easy alternatives for the group…. I highly recommend them for your travels.
