Trip of a lifetime! We just got back from a 3-week tour of Italy and Greece and had an amazing experience thanks to our fantastic Travel Agent, Autumn Thurston. The planning for this trip began in the summer of 2024 after our initial meeting with Autumn. She took the time to find out what type of travelers we are, what we love to do, and what we tend to stay away from when traveling. Autumn spent a lot of time researching multiple options for us once she assessed what would be the ideal trip for us.
The final result was a combination of 5 days in Rome discovering the city and visiting the 4 major churches for the jubilee year, meeting up with a small group to discover the Cinque Terre and Tuscany area for a week then embarking on a fabulous 7 day cruise on the Sun Princess which took us along the Italian coast, to Turkey and several Greek Islands. We ended our cruise in Athens for what was the best 3 days of our trip where we fell in love with the Greek people, the culture, the food and the scenery!
Each segment of our trip was well thought out and provided us with a once in a lifetime experience. The memories we brought home with us are priceless and we have Autumn to thank for it. From the start she proved to genuinely care about our experience and made sure she paired us with the right tours and guides. I’ve spent the last 15 years booking and planning our family cruises and honestly it’s a pain in the butt so for the first time I called a travel agent and it was Autumn. She not only booked a family cruise for six of us with three rooms in September But I had her book us a last-minute three night cruise on Celebrity out of Fort Lauderdale and man I will never book my own cruise again.
