Our trip was fantastic and Susan met and exceeded all of our expectations! We, however, failed to do our homework and didn’t realize that we needed reservations for both Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. So we were disappointed we didn’t get to enter either place, but we totally enjoyed walking around the perimeter of the church! Our stops in Portugal were wonderful! The ship was really nice and our room set up was one we will not give up on future cruises. The food on board was delicious and the crew both efficient and enjoyable. The only slight negative was the entertainment. Although there were some memorable performances the ships singers and dancers were not to my liking at all. The entertainment aboard Royal Caribbean ships is far superior in my opinion. All in all the trip was amazing and Cruise Planners helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to book with them and Susan in the future.
