Rhonda was excellent in selecting a resort. She provided options and was very informative and responsive to our requests. We really wanted an all inclusive adult only resort, and Rhonda came through! The resort itself was nice and the food was great! Rhona followed up with us a number of time prior to the trip and had all of the paperwork and helpful links ready. Traveling with all of the information handy was super easy.
Rhonda was amazing during the planning of a birthday and retirement trip for my parents! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered and everything was handled. We had 12 people going on the trip and she individually spoke with all of them to make sure everyone was at ease and there were no last minute questions.
