We couldn't be more thrilled with the amazing experience our entire family had on our Alaskan cruise through Glacier Bay. It would have never happened without Troylyn! We decided to do a cruise as our honeymoon after our wedding, but invited the entire family to join as well. As a large group of 12 people, coordinating a trip plus a wedding on top of it, for so many people could have been a nightmare, but Troylyn handled everything with such professionalism and attention to detail. From the initial planning stages to the final day of our trip, every aspect was seamless. We worked her for over a year and she put out so many fires without us even knowing it.
Every question was answered quickly, and every concern was addressed with patience and expertise. She assisted the older folks with tech problems and was able to place everyone in a perfect cabin, close enough to see everyone but far enough to not go crazy! We truly felt like we were in the best hands, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations. It was the trip of a lifetime for our family, and we are so grateful for Troylyn's hard work and dedication in making it happen. For some perspective, I had contacted Princess directly and was put in contact with one of their own agents. It was not a great experience, the sales person was aggressive and I felt like we were getting swept to the side just to make a sale. I found Troylyn soon after, and she was amazing; she walked us through the whole process (especially as first time cruisers), was never pushy, and offered us the best options backed up with numbers to prove it.
Lastly, while we know she can't control it, I choose to believe Troylyn somehow booked the perfect weather for us. It was sunny and beautiful everyday (in Alaska in autumn???) and we even saw the Northern Lights!!
