Ruth and Brian go above and beyond for their clients from arranging the trip and if problems arise. We purchased travel insurance from IMG when we booked our vacation to Aruba. Prior to leaving , one of the travelers was hospitalized and unable to attend. We place a claim with IMG for the travel reimbursement. Ruth provided information to IMG as well as speaking to insurance on our behalf. She provided the information and proper steps for reimbursement. IMG initially declined the claim which we had to appeal. With Ruth’s assistance we were able to overturn the appeal and proper reimbursement was obtained. Ruth did an exceptional job booking a girls only family vacation. She went above when one of the travelers was unable to make the trip due to a surprise hospitalization. We did purchase the insurance and she walked us through the process to make a claim. The room at the Divi Divi was exceptionally breathtaking. We woke up to an ocean view. My husband and I wanted to take my daughter on a surprise cruise for her sixth birthday. We knew we wanted to book a Disney Halloween on the High Seas cruise, but we were getting overwhelmed with all of the logistics involved with planning a vacation in such a short time frame. That is where Ruth's expertise came into play. She took the time to find out what was important to us as a family, and provided us with recommendations that fit our needs. She provided advise on obtaining our passports, booked our cruise, and even booked our transportation from the airport to the hotels and cruise terminal. The stateroom that Ruth booked for us was perfect. The room fit our budget and had plenty of space for a family of three. Upon arrival to our room, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and a cupcake. My daughter was so excited for all of the details that Ruth incorporated into our trip. Ruth really made our trip perfect for us, and I am so thankful for her attention to detail.
The Disney cruise itself was a magical experience. The room, service, and entertainment was perfect. We have no complaints, and was completely worth the cost. My daughter still talks about how much she misses the cruise and Disney characters. One of her favorite things about the trip was the waterslide that was located on the boat. She loved how accessible the Disney characters were, and the amount of activities that were available for the kids.
