The boarding of the ship in San Francisco was well organized and efficient. The Ruby Princess is apparently and older ship as it is starting to show wear and tear. A big dent in the left rear of the ship where it hit the dock in SF earlier. The crew in all aspects were outstanding and very friendly. Our cabin attendant Gede from Indonesia helped me as I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. I needed a wheelchair to get about and I rented one from the ship's medical. The buffet staff were outstanding in helping me get food and finding a table for our group. Two ports of call....Haines, AK and Prince Rupert, BC, Canada weren't worth the effort to get off the ship. Nothing to see or do at either location. We lost lighting in our cabin for two nights. It was fixed, but never found out what caused it. Over all a nice trip with family and friends.
