My agent Lorraine went over and beyond helping us have a wonderful and memorable cruise to Bermuda. Even when I left one of my bags at the Port she called the terminal for me and arranged for someone to contact me. I was able to have the bag Fed Ex'd to my house instead of having to fight the traffic back to the terminal! Kudos to Lorraine ????
