Our cruise was wonderful! The staff on the Amacello were friendly, kind, helpful and very accomodating. We were able to make changes on some of our excursion choices after hearing Pau's daily presentation. We also enjoyed the wait staff in the dining room. They were extremely attentive and made us laugh each evening. The tour guides for the excursions were so knowledgeable and provided us with in depth information about the various historic sites. We have been using Cruise Planners and Peggy Dawson to plan our trips for five years. This past month she worked with us to plan our entire family's trip to Italy. Which included 6 people flying from different locations. She was able to book us on Alitalia and arrive at our destination around the same time. We were traveling with a one year old and the crew on Alitalia were wonderful in accommodating the special needs of our youngest passenger. We would definitely consider flying with them again. The River Cruise experience was so impressive. The food, the staff , the tour guides were all excellent. Jimmy and I got to play golf and what a great experience. The ship provided clubs . The course was on the cliffs, so the views were spectacular.

We all had a delightful time. Everything was beyond expectations. The outstanding Viking service is everything that it is advertised to be.

We had an absolutely amazing trip. I loved Bora-Bora the best. The Conrad was an amazing hotel. Also the overwater bungalow there it was just beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. We are thinking about going back at some point. We loved it that much.
The romantic tour was great. I’m so glad we did it. The captain of the boat was really great. Of course we dropped our go pro camera. The captain swam down 30 feet to grab it.

About five years ago my wife and I attended the Boston Globe Travel Show to get information about a trip to Alaska. We went to the Celebrity Cruise desk where we met Peggy Dawson, who works for Cruise Planners. I soon realized that she is quite helpful, knowledgeable, informative and competent. We booked our trip through her. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip 10 days before due to a medical emergency. She helped us cancel everything and walked us through the paperwork to get a refund through the travel insurance she suggested we buy (thank God). We have since booked other memorable vacations with her help. This year she was again very helpful in cancelling our trip to the Florida Keys when Irma decided to visit there.
