Amy did a great job planning and coordinating every aspect of our extended family Alaska cruise from Seattle. She not only helped us with the logistics of the trip, she helped us also save on the cruise not once or twice but three separate times!!! I personally love to plan vacations; but when it comes to large groups and tracking the prices - Amy was the right person to handle this large group vacation planning for us.
She was always available to email, text and call. She also provided our entire family with packages to bring with us on the vacation by providing so many things ahead of time; she really took the stress and anxiety away and helped make this vacation so memorable and enjoyable. Jessica Kara was wonderful to work with on this long awaited family trip. We met Jessica through Janelle Andrews, also a fabulous agent! We had been struggling to get this trip going and with all the new changes at Disney, it was difficult to understand. Jessica jumped in and had flights, tickets, car, travel insurance and made dining reservations within 24 hrs. of us talking with her! But that isn't all, she also returned calls immediately, spoke to us after hours and on the weekends to ensure we had everything we needed. She was available to us during our trip as well. Amy was fantastic from beginning to end! I needed to plan a 50th wedding anniversary on a cruise for 50 ppl - in just 5 1/2 months!! Amy was sympathetic and transparent, did everything she could to get us the perfect experience- from the location options, to the cabins, to getting all of us seated at the right dining seating & section (and having to them change it too!) to booking the room for the renewal of vows and suggesting things I didn’t realize! She adds a nice oersonal touch with our luggage tags and personal notes. I’ll definitely use her again????
