Absolutely Wonderful!!! That's the only way to describe our big group vacation and our experience working with Sue at Cruise Planners. Sue patiently planned and booked our flights and resort stay for 24 adults and 11 children to the all inclusive Dreams Sapphire in Cancun, Mexico. We all found the resort a perfect blend of kid friendly with spaces for adult relaxation and fun. It is never a guarantee but I think Sue's attentiveness and many calls to the resort helped land all of us upgraded rooms when we arrived. The resort is beautiful, the food and drink delicious and plentiful and the staff were friendly and always helpful. Everyone wanted to plan our next trip back.- Jenny G.

Susan Goldfedder booked a New England/Canada cruise for us about two months ago. The entire process from cabin selection, to paying the deposit was quick and easy. I was so pleased with the service that I booked a second cruise to the Bahamas. Yesterday, I had to contact Susan to make changes to both of the bookings. The first was a change of date and ship: the second was a change of date. Today, I received the cancellations and rebooking confirmations by email and a follow-up phone call telling me that the original deposits would transfer to the new cruises. Thank you for your suggestions, patience, and professionalism.
