I wish I was one of those people that was exceptional at writing and could express how wonderful everything was because I don’t think my description of it is going to do it any justice. From beginning to end we had no problems whatsoever, from the booking to the flight home. It was an easy process, especially after hearing horror stories of what everyone else goes through. Without hesitation I will definitely use Mr. Courville again, and hopefully rather soon. Our destination was Secrets Maroma, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The service we were provided was above and beyond exceptional. I have zero complaints about my entire trip. I wish I would have taken more pictures but majority of the time my phone was left in the room. I wasn’t led on by any details provided. I was provided with exact details from our pick up to and from, and what to avoid and boy was that a blessing, without it.. I would have been totally lost and completely overwhelmed. Anytime I had a question or concern, I always received a response almost immediately, and never made to feel incompetent for the questions I asked. And the insurance, I have to brag… buy the insurance. It’s worth it. Our trip was initially planned for the summer of 2022 and we had something come up that kept us from being able to go. But by purchasing the insurance we were able to reschedule and go this summer. If in doubt, just buy it. Life happens. If this had a star rating I would definitely give it a 10/10!!- Kelsey L.

Anyone looking for a travel agent does not need to look anywhere else! Harrison was a blessing in helping find the right resort for my daughters wedding!
