Gretchen was great from beginning to end. My cruise was originally planned for March 2020 but was the first cruise to be cancelled due to COVID. Two years later, I was sailing and she was there every step of the way to make it as seamless and easy as possible.
I can't thank Gretchen enough for going above and beyond planning my Mediterranean Cruise in October. Not only did she do this on short notice, she had to match my itinerary to my two friends itinerary who had booked their trip months prior. They also were adding port trips and other activities which Gretchen was able to match up to theirs as well. She responded quickly to all my emails and eased any anxiety I had because of how late I decided to make plans. She did all the hard work for me! It was an amazing trip. Thank you Gretchen!
