Robin was WONDERFUL! She was always a phone call away! We were 7 families for a total of 30 people travelling to Costa Rica. We arrived different times and different days, she had to coordinate all of our schedules, and then we stayed for two weeks so we did one hotel in the jungle and one in the beach. As such a large group that left her a lot of work, and being “available” a to see how our trip was, what our need are etc. also our mother had to go to a Costa Rican hospital we did take out the hospital and Robin was right there on the phone with us telling us what to do! She was incredible.
All I can say is WOW!!! From the Ship to the decor, food, service, shows, excursions, Robin pointed us in the absolute right direction! We had a fabulous time, and can not wait to go again! Nervous about travel, especially Europe with the current events but Robin was knowledgeable and everything was organized and secure. Thank you again for the beautiful memories and long lasting travel agent friendship!
