Karen Butler truly went above and beyond when planning our honeymoon. She was incredibly thoughtful about the resorts she recommended, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. The one we ultimately chose was an absolute dream.

I want to give a super shout-out to my dearest friend, Karen Butler at Karen Butler - Cruise Planners!! Karen has made so many of my dreams come true this year in travel and also in support of my great adventure in Pony Club!
When Jeff asked me to accompany him on a businesss trip to Switzerland, Karen was able to tack on a few days of adventure and romantic bliss through Salzburg and include Cinderella’s castle at Neuschwanstein Castle onto our already established itinerary!
We thought this beautiful trip to Europe would suffice for our 30 year anniversary celebration, but alas our anniversary date came around and on a last-minute notice… we wanted to do something extra, and include our daughter, Kara!
Karen planned a soooo last minute cruise for the three of us right around the date of our anniversary, that included introducing Kara to scuba diving in Cozumel, Mexico.. an introductory exploration of the super event Jeff and I shared for our 20th anniversary.
More recently, we dove into an Experience Holiday where we gifted each other/ ourselves an adventure ski trip to Breckenridge, Colorado.
We had the most amazing time!! And to my utmost surprise, Jeff upgraded our lodge with Karen to bring us the “Hallmark Christmas” picture I always wanted… a beautiful chalet, fireplace and all… to sit by after a long day of skiing. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
To further my shout-out for Karen and her amazing talents and business, Karen sponsored our Sandhills Pony Club for our most recent Carolina Region Show Jumping Rally that helped afford kids that could not have otherwise attended by subsidizing costs for coaching and lodging expenditures for our club and specific individuals!

Our trip to Rome and Lake Como was the perfect blend of relaxation and seeing the sights. I have to say that Karen planned a perfect trip. She had us so organized and no detail was overlooked. We were a group of 6 so finding accommodations must have been a challenge but we loved every place. We had a spacious apartment style hotel room at The Inn at the Spanish steps that was perfect for together time and apart. Lake Como suite was divine and had free spa access and breakfast. Karen planned some fun activities in Rome. We really loved the cooking class and the Rome at night tour. Also, having drivers arranged and train tickets (first class) organized made city hopping a breeze. If you want to travel worry free and enjoy the experience, you need to book with Karen Butler. She’s the best!!! I can’t wait to plan our next adventure.
