We had an issue with our package not showing up when we got onto our cruise ship on Saturday. I called Carl's phone number and got his voicemail which said the office was closed until Monday. Within 30 minutes he had called the Cruise line, emailed me a copy of our receipt for proof of purchase AND called me back even though he was technically not working that day. Carl is the best!!! We've booked every cruise with Cruise Planners for over 20 years now. The cruise itself was good. Some difficulties with getting good gluten-free food. RCCL used to do a better job with this. Not sure why it was so challenging and when they did try to make certain things GF it was barely edible. They need a couple of chefs who know how to make good GF food. But overall, the ship was fantastic and we all had a lot of fun. Thank you Carl.

Love Carl Bruno our Cruise Planner advisor. It’s been a few years since we last cruised, but Carl is as reliable as ever. We had a balcony cabin, and even though the ship was full he found a cabin for our adult kids one deck down below us.

My experience with Cruise planners is just fine. It’s the cruise itself that was disappointing. Even though I felt the captain kept us safe from the storm and we missed our destinations. I’m not even considering that. More about how the cruise lines are jamming people in on top of each other, not 1 inch between chairs no chairs to be found around the pool no more cocktail tables. You have to put your food and drinks on the floor, Pools are not large enough to accommodate all the guests. These large cruise ships are not For me

We had a lovely cruise. The Celebrity Beyond was a magnificent ship; stunning artwork everywhere you looked, tastefully decorated dining rooms, restaurants, bars and lounges. The staterooms were roomy, comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom and more than enough storage throughout. The food was delicious in every venue. The entertainment was magnificent. The shows were unique and extremely well done.
The staff was courteous and always very helpful. Getting on and off the ship was a smooth process. We enjoy cruising and felt this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

Carl Bruno is great. Responsive and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately Carnival didn’t live up to its reputation. Ship was not well cared for and entertainment was very lacking. Much of it shut out families with older teens. Cruise planners was great.

I would use cruise planners again. I was last minute so not many booking options. I tried MSC but would not recommend them again. From the 2 hour boarding process in room with no air conditioning to the disembarking where people were in mobs yelling profanities at each other. Not a family cruise line.

It was a very unique cruise from the entertainment to the food. We never had to worry about finding a seat outside. The app made it easy to know what was going on.
1 The fact there was no portable roof over our pool area cost us 3 days....unable to go outside because of wind and rain. The Breakaway, an identiacal ship, has a retractable roof. This ship (Getaway) does not. The cigar bar "no cigarette" policy is a joke. Not enforced whatsoever. How can it possibly be that the Haven restaurant menu has not changed in 10 years? This was, and continues to be, the most disapointing part of yhe Haven. The entertainment short of Sid Norman's was not good. What happened to the Jersey Boys?

I have to say it was one of the best cruises I have been on. Royal Caribbean is top drawer. The ship is beautiful, the crew is amazing, the food was great and the islands were wonderful. CoCoCay was exceptional. Had a great time a Hideaway Beah. I have mobility issues and everything on the ship and on the islands was very accommodating for me to get around. All in all a great trip for our 60th wedding anniversary with our whole family. Great memories.
