We loved the smaller River Cruise ship experience. There were 177 passengers and 65 very hardworking crew members on board. The food was delicious with a nice variety of choices for each meal and 1/2 portions were always available. The excursions were great although the weather hindered a few of them.- Jolene C.

Karen...Royal Caribbean is in our opinion the most organized of any cruise lines we have been on, the staff is the best. Coco Cay was very nice...however at Nassau there were 6 Cruise Ships docked at same day....impossible to move around on Nassau....would never go back there.- thomas r.

My husband, his parents and I booked a 4-night cruise with Penny. It was not mine or my husband's first time on a big ship, but it was my in-laws' first time. Penny made the process so easy, and was quick to answer all of our questions. She helped to put my in-laws' minds at ease and guided them through the process from start to finish, which they very much appreciated. The tour guide shared so much information! When we saw them on the ship, Penny and Karen were always very warm and friendly, and extended an invitation to join them. We booked another cruise with Penny, this time was an 8-night Caribbean cruise that sailed in January, 2023, for a family vacation with our two grown daughters. Once again the service we received from Penny was first class, and second to none. From our accommodations to our excursions, we did not experience any problems and everything was perfect.
