We asked Michelle to help us plan our honeymoon cruise. All we did was give her our budget and general location choice and she did the rest. Michelle went above and beyond in making sure we didn't have to plan a thing, which was so helpful as we were planning a wedding as well. We didn't have the biggest budget, but Michelle worked hard to make sure we stayed in budget even with the addition of gratuities, flights, other transport, and on shore excursions. She even sent us a couple gifts as a congratulations for getting married! She was easily able to answer all questions no matter what time of day, and checked in before and after our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly.
