Paula Ford is the consummate professional in the travel business. She selected some excellent rooms for our family gathering which adjoined one another for wonderful family conversations. Paula prepared us very well for all the covid related requirements making sure that we understood what we needed to go before the cruise. Paula answered all of our questions and followed up on the availability of child activity programs available at the start of our cruise. She recommended restaurants on the ship and excursions at the ports. We could not be more pleased with the service she provided.

Paula and Dwight are awesome! I had a group of 12 to plan for. It was getting so confusing to me to get it all together. I called Paula, and with just a couple email correspondences she had everything done. And I must say a lot better than I ever could have. About 2-3 days prior to travel a couple people noticed their names weren’t correct on boarding passes. One call to Paula and it was taken care of. The balcony rooms were such a good plus. The cruise was totally enjoyed by all. No complaints at all. Thanks again to my cruise planners!

What a positive experience. Our travel agent, Paula was on top of everything to make our cruise as smooth as possible. The MS Treasures is a beautiful, well-designed ship and every member of the staff was friendly and ready to meet whatever need we had. The food and drinks were delicious and well-planned. The excursions off the ship and the local guides were top notch. The weather was unseasonably cold and rainy, but the staff made provisions and everything went as planned. It seemed like there was always a “Plan B or C “ ready to go if a need arose. The hotel we stayed in prior to the cruise was gorgeous. The buses and drivers were the best. We enjoyed the lectures and local entertainment. It was a nice surprise to be accompanied by a Tauck guide all the way to the airport and through the check in. Thank you for a beautiful memory. We just returned from a fantastic cruise on the Freedom of Seas. Paula and Dwight did a great job making all the arrangements and getting us a super deal. They got us a great little pre-cruise visit to the World Golf Hall of Fame, and arranged for a nice hotel and shuttle to the port. Would definitely recommend them, and we will use them in the future.

Paula and Dwight are good friends but that isn't the reason that I book my travel with them.
On my last trip I had a problem with a private car from the port of Harwich back to London.
Paula worked hard and got me a 50% refund for the trip which was very expensive. Very good customer service and that's the reason that I just booked a cruise with them for January. I know all will go well.
Travel is so expensive so deal with the best......that is Paula and Dwight with Cruise Planners.

We would like to thank you for making our trip so special. Discovery Cove was much like a rainforest. Everything was natural with large trees and beautiful vegetation. We swam with the dolphins and stingrays which was an experience we will never forget. Even though the sharks were behind glass when you snorkel up to them it was still scary. Sea world was also fun with lots of shows and animals in their own habitat.
Our Granddaughter said she enjoyed swimming with and feeding the dolphins best of all about our trip.
Aquatica is much like any water park with too many people.
We would recommend this trip to both young and old for a memorable experience.
