Kristin Boan went way above and beyond in helping us with our Carnaval Cruise to Bimini. My friend’s husband was unable to go on the cruise due to health reasons and Kristin was able to assist me in being able to take his spot. The cruise line was not able to do this due to the cruise leaving within 2 weeks, but she was able to assist us and make it happen.
