We booked a family vacation, my three adult children & me, to Florida in August. We wanted to spend two nights at Universal, Studios and then five nights in Ponce Inlet on the beach.
This was a spur of the moment trip, booked very last minute, but Amy came through for us in every way! We had a beautiful room on the Universal property, we got the fast pass tickets for Universal, and had a great time. We then spent five days on the beach in Ponce Inlet in a gorgeous condo.
Everything was perfect, and I really appreciate it Amy, working with me on such short notice and making it all such a great family vacation. It was our last trip together before my youngest left for college, and we wanted to make it memorable and it was!

Amy was recommended to me by a good friend in Lincoln. I immediately found her to be very kind & workable- she lives in Nashville, knows a lot of people & goes way beyond her duties to please her customers. Amy is very knowledgeable about the travel industry & just finished up training for Australia. She likes to go & learn about what the travel requests are, so she can share the best advice.
When we first spoke with her, Chris gave her a list of 8-10 excursions we wanted to do, she worked hard on putting us an itinerary together that included all our wish list with Names, Addresses , phone numbers, maps of New York & & explicit directions & her personal phone number to call if ANY questions or problems. She mailed us a Spiral bound booklet of a calendar of what to expect everyday & hired our own driver to be picked up at airport & return trip to airport.
Amy left nothing untouched. Our trip went off with absolutely no problems. Amy shared lots of ideas to save money, too. I can’t recommend her any more highly. She is fun & is not pushy at all. Just calling for advice & ideas was fun! Thanks Amy- you are the best.

Amy booked our trip to Margaritaville, Cap Cana. She was there waiting for us when we arrived. She organized dinners and fun. Unfortunately we had a hurricane hit on our 2nd night so the trip was not as we had hoped. Amy helped us get through the rough days of the trip.

As many of you know airlines are cancelling many flights due to staff shortages. This happened twice in my recent trip. Amy refused to let this slow our vacation down. She quickly contacted the airlines and had them put us up for the night. The next morning my new connecting flight was cancelled also with no flights available for my destination. Again Amy refused to let that slow us down. I told Amy I was getting a car and starting a 17 hour drive to our destination. Amy quickly found a flight out of New Orleans saving us 10+ hours of driving. When the car rental company tried to "extort" money out of us once again Amy to the rescue. Amy arranged shuttles services to our destinations, hotel accommodations, alternate air transportation. I haven't even had a chance to mention how she had EVERYTHING setup for our Disney vacation. Magic bands set up, park reservations set up, dining plans set up. She sent us a folder with our entire itinerary. If it weren't for Amy we would have missed our cruise to start or vacation before our Disney trip. If you were ever on the fence using a travel agent let me tell you, you can't go wrong using Amy. When I was about to lose it Amy helped me keep my cool, with one exception but that was beyond her control. ADC Cruise Planners is simply the best out there. Thank you Amy for all you did.
