Our trip was well planned by Ed Dean and the vouchers made it easy to check in and know there would be no additional charges. Ed was always available to find answers to questions so that the trip was seamless from start to finish.
My wife and I just celebrated our 8th anniversary and there is no one I could even fathom trusting with a trip to our favorite city, Paris, than Ed Dean. I'm a former travel agent and know what it takes to come up with a great itinerary and Ed handled ours with professionalism and enthusiasm. I gave Ed a budget and set him on a mission to "just find something" for us in a certain date range, with a few starting points, and a preliminary budget. Being a former travel pro, I know that preliminary budgets at least get the ball rolling. Ed checked (by my request), New York City, Quebec City, the Caribbean, and Europe. I didn't think we'd find anything with my budget because it was Labor Day weekend. I gave Ed the task on a Friday morning. By 1pm he called me and said, "I'm done." When I asked what he meant by that, he replied, "I'm done. I found you your favorite city cheaper than Canada or New York." He found us a direct flight out of Raleigh to CDG in Paris both ways. He found us a hotel that was nice (although, I changed it later to another hotel for an area preference). Travel insurance, access to excursions, and so on. Even after upping the budget, getting the insurance in place, picking up a day trip and dinner cruise while there, Ed had all of our stuff in one place: his website and app. He checked in with me constantly leading up to and including the day we flew out as he had some travel docs for us to take with us. He kept a watch on flight changes (luckily they were inconsequential) and had texted me within minutes of us getting our baggage from the claim area on the return to make sure we had gotten home safely. I can't tell you enough how pleased we are with Ed's service, his attention to detail, and his friendship. If you have an important trip, a little getaway, a cruise, or your own "Calgon moment," it would behoove you to let Ed Dean handle all the arrangements. As I used to say when I was an agent, "you work hard to earn the money to even take a vacation. Why are you working just as hard to plan it?" I always believed it when I said it, but Ed took that and raised the bar infinitely. He is your "guy." Thank you, Ed! We had the time of our lives.
