Elisa was amazing! She checked in with our group from the time we booked our cruise until the day we got on the ship (she was even on vacation) to make sure our questions were answered and we had everything we needed. Someone from our group has a lot of food allergies and Elisa checked to make sure they could accommodate her. This review comes a little late, but no less genuine. Chose Elisa because she was a cruise planner in Long Beach near me. Angela and I wanted to do an Italy/Greece cruise, offer it to our friends and family, but didn't want to be the planner. Contacted Elisa and she quickly began working with us. She has been the contact person for everyone interested in joining us and has made herself available for our litany of questions.
Then, in late March, my siblings and I got our mom to agree to go on an Alaskan cruise in June. I reached out to Elisa and she quickly got our cruise booked for all of us. She was giving us regular COVID regulation updates and necessary information to assist us in having a smooth boarding process and guided us through booking our excursions and dinner reservations. We were novices and her help/information alleviated our anxieties.
