I had a pleasure of doing business with Miriam Wolf and she completely understood what I wanted for my birthday trip. Everything was planned so well. Traveling was a breeze, food was great, excursions were so fun, Secrets Wild Orchid Resort was beautiful, communication and preparation was on point! You can tell she has been in her profession for a long time and she is passionate! The overlay experience to Jamaica was amazing and I really enjoyed myself with my best friend. I am so thankful for Miriam. She really made sure my experience was planned well and that I also would have fun!

I have never used a travel agent before and that is mainly because of my anxiety and wanting to be sure that I know how everything works and functions. However Miriam was 3 steps ahead of everything at all times! Booking with her took away any and all anxiousness! The whole experience with her from the beginning to the end was mind blowing. We booked a cruise through Miriam almost two years ago and she was wonderful...COVID was not! Our cruise was canceled three times and Miriam was there to guide us through the scheduling and re-scheduling. This last cancellation, in January, we were ready to give up. My wife came up with the idea of exploring the possibility of an all-inclusive resort. I reached out to Miriam and she gave us a bunch of options. We settled on Jamaica (our first time there) and she set us up at the Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay. WOW!!! We loved it and plan to return.
While all of this is wonderful, what Miriam really did for us, that we did not realize until we got there, was to make sure that we had all of the intricate paperwork that was required due to COVID. I had everything filled out and submitted long before we left and it seemed like no big deal until we met several people in Jamaica who did not have someone looking out for them. They all told horror stories about having to scramble to fill out documents at the airport, almost missing flights, and generally being ready to pull their hair out. Our trip was seamless thanks to Miriam. We have already asked her to book our next trip for us!

I absolutely LOVED this trip! Thanks to Miriam our experience here was nothing short of amazing. A group of 8 of us from 3 different states were all traveling to Montego Bay, and Miriam was very helpful and patient with ensuring we all had the best information and service she could offer. We even had a layover in Ft Lauderdale for several hours and Miriam made arrangements for us to come and meet her personally and have dinner! My husband and I absolutely LOVED this trip! Thanks to Miriam our experience here was nothing short of amazing. She planned our room situation and we couldn't believe the service we received. She helped plan all our activities as well and we couldn't believe how easy and smooth it all went. Transportation to and from the resort was given, which was probably what we were most worried about. Made for a very stress-less vacation! We will absolutely come to her when we are ready for our next trip. And we can't recommend this resort enough!

My family of six cruised to Alaska on Royal Caribbean's Jewel of the Seas. The trip was a long awaited, highly anticipated vacation and it was the trip of a lifetime! Our travel agent, Miriam Lovinger, was superb. She answered my myriad of questions, many of which I am sure I asked her multiple times, and handled everything promptly, thoroughly and she was always so upbeat!! She had treats waiting for us in each of our three cabins, followed up by asking how our trip went and provided tons of information prior to the trip. Thank you so much Miriam for suggesting this cruise! The Liberty of the Seas is the most amazing, beautiful and elegant ship ever! Wow! It has the most amazing staff who treat you like royalty, the best shows, omg still can't get over the Broadway show of Saturday Night Fever and so much to do (and eat LOL). Our first stop in Belize we decided to explore the Mayan Caves deep in the jungle while tubing! What an incredible experience! You should definitely do it if you go! Then we headed over to beautiful Cozumel, Mexico where we swam and even kissed a dolphin! I have never been so excited haha! I can't thank you enough for helping with this. I cannot wait to do it again!!!!!

People always ask me why I, a savvy internet shopper with lots of travel experience, still use a travel agent. I don't 'use a travel agent'. I have a travel partner. Miriam is someone I depend upon for research, advice and all the details the online shopping sites can't/won't help me with. I can always trust she is providing me the best price (and I have checked up on her). Anyone can search out a great price, but putting it all together takes an expert. It's the difference between a cafeteria and a five star dining experience, without the extra fees.
My recent Royal Caribbean Cruise aboard the Splendour of the Seas to the Greek Isles was a fantastic experience and the coupling of a 7-day land tour of Italy made it unforgettable! Thank you Miriam for all you have done for my family and friends!

Miriam I have to tell I was so shocked and amazed by the 4 days we
spent at Iberostar. Nancy and I have decided that this is an
absolute dream get away and we will be going back and using your

My husband and I decided a small destination wedding/honeymoon would be the best thing for us to do. We didn't know anyone who had done this before so we weren't sure where to start. A woman I work with recommended Miriam and we are so happy she did! Miriam told us all the "safe" spots to go and what would be best for us, she helped us narrow places down and knew our budget and stuck to it. Miriam was such a life-saver in so many ways through this whole planning and even throughout our trip. I have spent some of my happiest (and saddest) moments traveling. I spent more than 35 years as a marketing consultant so there is hardly a spectacular city (or hell hole) that I have not visited. With that as background I can honestly say the 12 day cruise you planned for us was my best travel experience ever. It is certainly the only trip that had not a single problem. I just arrived back from my 9thy cruise and I can't begin to say how much fun we had! Of course a huge part of any vacation is the planning and anticipation. This was my first cruise booked with Miriam and I am being totally honest when I say that she was the absolute most thorough and efficient travel agent I ever had the pleasure to work with. I always book with a travel agent so I've had lots of experience with them. I found Miriam to be just as excited and enthusiastic for my trip as I was- something lacking in any other agent I've used in the past. It was our great pleasure to work with Miriam Wolf recently. We boarded a Caribbean Cruise ship for a trip along the East coast. Caribbean Cruise lines had planned a great trip with wonderful entertainment. Loved the comedy acts along with major stage productions and music. The food was great. A delightful cruise.

“We recently booked a trip to the Big Island in Hawaii with Miriam from (CruisePlanners/Wolfcat Travel). It was such a pleasure to work with Miriam. The thing I liked the best about Miriam is that she really listens to what it is you are looking for in a vacation and then she comes back with perfect suggestions. We were looking for a vacation in Hawaii that offered tennis clinics and golf and Miriam suggested the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort. Our room was great and the hotel property was impressive. The tennis clinics were excellent and there are two golf courses at this resort as well as several others close by. The free daily breakfast buffet was a nice perk. Not a detail missed!
