Cheryl is amazing. Helped with planning two vacations one was the Virgin cruise that we just took and the 2nd will be in Aruba in Sept. This is the second trip that Cheryl has organized for us, and everything was perfect. The transfers to and from airport are waiting on you even when your flight has been delayed or changed. The hotel accommodation is extremely nice and located in safe areas. She sends friendly reminders before your trip about items you need to pack. Our recent tour of Canadian Rockies was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Cheryl planned everything to be efficient and comprehensive for all the things we wanted to do. Cheryl Cassie did an excellent job on setting up this cruise for us. She took care of every last detail, no small feat due to still existing Covid travel restrictions. The cruise itself was fantastic, great dining, terrific tours and very comfortable cabin with a large bath, something lacking in other cruises I’ve taken. The shower was large enough to be comfortable. On our return flight our Toronto connection was canceled while we were on our first leg of the return. Cheryl was all over this and by the time we arrived in Toronto we were already booked on an alternate flight, giant headache avoided. Recommend Viking, HIGHLY recommend Cheryl Cassie!- Edward G.

Using an experienced travel agent, such as Cheryl, was the best decision we could have made. Planning the perfect honeymoon on my own was a daunting and difficult task. Between booking multiple flights, trying to find the best hotel, and securing transportation, I found myself getting frustrated. Not only was Cheryl able to take all that stress off my shoulders, but the honeymoon she planned for us exceeded all of our expectations and then some. She booked all of our flights, and we never had to worry about transportation. Even when our flight was delayed, she contacted our transportation service for us to let them know! There was scheduled transport to and from the airports and all of our excursions as well! The hotels that she sent us were phenomenal. Our stay in santorini was like a dream come true! The hotel staff treated us so nicely and even upgraded our rooms! All we had to do was share our vision for our honeymoon with Cheryl and she made it come to life!
