As a travel advisor for 28 years I have been blessed to travel to many places, but yet the list is still long… I have also been blessed and grateful for many wonderful clients who I have been more than happy to help plan their amazing trips.
I always had a passion for travel and my career began by going to Echols Travel School in San Francisco which began my education.. Over the years I have taken many course including Accredited Cruise Counselor program.. Travel Institute Specialist courses in Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean.
My certifications also include: Tauck Academy Certified Agent, Princess Cruises Commodore, Viking Cruise Specialist, Uniworld River Cruise Specialist, Insight Vacations Tour Specialist, AMResorts Master agent and College of Disney Knowledge Graduate.

All good. One suggestion is to advise clients about the possibility of turbulence in older vessels. Our ship was an older ship and did not have stabilizers. We did encounter high waves and the ship was tossed about. Things went flying off counters and it even caused a piano to fall over. Getting from the bed to the bathroom without falling over was a challenge. We were told that all the newer ships have stabilizers.- Phyllis H.
