Outstanding customer service
Polly was outstanding in navigating the challenges of booking at Disney. Both my daughter and I are pretty experienced and decent at making travel plans but Disney seems to be very quirky and several times we needed Polly to resolve issues. Disney might be the happiest place in the world but they are not that easy to work with. Polly had the expertise as well as contacts that she could use to resolve things such as booking restaurants and connecting our accounts, magic bands etc.

I like to be well informed about trips I take (perhaps a bit more so than the average traveler) and Polly was responsive when we had questions about trip details that were not well spelled out in the documents the provider sent us. In the past, I've pretty much planned my own trips. I'm glad I didn't do so this time because it was a bit complicated due to changes by the provider in the schedule and some details.
Polly assisted my husband and I in booking an incredible hotel in Napa Valley for our anniversary celebration! The rooms were gorgeous, there was a fireplace on the patio, great location, and what you would expect from that caliber of a hotel. Polly is simply amazing. We cruise often and thought we had all the moves down right... then we decided to get all of our friends together to cruise... and twice now, Polly has helped us coordinate a bunch of high adhd-theatre-types. I'm not quite sure how she managed to get us everything we wanted, and THEN SOME!, and stay sane. Every communication is positive and upbeat, and she has been able to share some insider tips & tricks that will make our next adventure even more fun! Even personally, just for my guy & myself, she's helped us with 3 or 4 cruises... from the 2-day Bahamas Paradise, to a longer Carnival and MSC cruise. (We have more in the works we're not quite ready to reveal!) But I do know that Polly will always be my goto. My dream is to go on a Polly-led Food & Wine Adventure!
