Everything from the embark to the debark was top notch! I am in hospitality as well, and I can appreciate how important it is to provide a great guest experience. I received that for sure! Everyone was attentive and professional. I wish I could remember his name but the gentleman who was in charge of inspecting our rooms was amazing!
