Our Canadian Rockies and Rocky Mountaineer trip was a visionary delight, we did have some hicups but that happens. The activities lake cruise, glacier walk, gondola ride were all great. The train ride served very tasty meals and bottomless drinks. We do feel stay on train was too long, two full days of riding trains was a bit much.

As a Disabled traveler in a wheelchair, this 9 day cruise was GREAT! Beautiful Islands/Beaches/Shopping. All the workers from every part of the ship went above an beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I loved the Washy/Washy Phillipine girl at Windjammers. Our head Matre' D at Main Dining on Deck 3! I found Liz’s contact info when we’d had the pandemic blues…we needed an amazing trip to plan and look forward to! (Which we had in a Greek isles cruise!!) Fast forward three years later and we just wrapped up our inaugural Alaskan Cruise experience. It was a fantastic experience! Liz engages with her customers on a level that meets their needs. Trips was great. The Celebrity Edge was beautiful and you were so right that we would enjoy The Retreat. There was no problem dining in Blue they were happy to see us. Alaska ports were disappointing except for Skagway and arrival to Victoria made it difficult to visit. Scenery was simply breathtaking. Getting off the ship at ports was challenging with lines and shuttles to towns.

The cruise Kristy booked for us was the first one since my wife became wheelchair bound. She took care of all the details and made valuable recommendations for us to enjoy the cruise to the max. She was on the phone with us several times to make sure all of the details were taken care of properly removing any anxieties we might have. We sailed on Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas to Aruba, Curacao, and Labadee Haiti. What a wonderful experience and the room was perfect for our needs. Kristy recommended a private wheelchair accessible tour company in Aruba called "We Welcome Wheelchairs". They were so accommodating and friendly, and we had a grand day exploring Aruba in their accessible van. Alix was a great tour guide sharing the flavor of Aruba with us. Being a small company they take cash instead of credit cards though. The 8 day cruise was a 5 star experience. We highly recommend Cruise Planners and expect to use them for our next vacation.- Ned and Mitzie W.
We had a very nice time at the Grand Harbor Inn for our 4 days of vacation before Christmas. It had just what we needed: A cozy room, with a harbor view and a fireplace, within walking distance to downtown. The help was very friendly and the place was clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was served in our room each morning with what we ordered the night before. Cookies and fruit water was served in the afternoons. Many stores were open downtown, although some were closed for the season as were some museums. Our favorite eateries were the Camden Pizza and the Camden Deli, which was right over the waterfall. Unfortunately, our lovely Camden visit was marred on the last night by my getting food poisoning after dinner at Hartstone Inn. We think it was because the food wasn't fresh as there were very few guests coming for dinners there. Generally, we were very happy with our Inn and our trip.- Penny G.
Kristy LaCroix offered my a trip I could NOT refuse. A Royal Caribbean cruise on the Symphony of the Seas from Barcelona to Florida was amazing, fun and relaxing. My first Transatlantic Cruise, my first trip on a large ship, my first trip with a group of women. It was wonderful. The excursion trips were varied with seeing the City of Valencia or the villages near Cadiz, Spain then in the Bahamas a fun day at the beach and swimming with the pigs. What a hoot! The activities on board the Symphony of the Seas gave me lots of choices each day all day. Trivial Pursuit, other thinking games, spa treatments of all choices relaxation, the gym or walking track was available, and the shows or music was top notch. Of course you could just sit by the pool. The staff for my cabin was very good and efficient. The staff for dining was outstanding. Want something you did not see on the buffet tables or menu? They got it for me. Would I recommend a trip on Royal Caribbean again, absolutely yes. Would I have Kristy LaCroix help me put my future travels together?...yes, when do we leave?- Dale A.

I use a wheelchair and went on the Allure of the Seas for a 7 day cruise to Roatan, Chacchoben Ruins and Cozumel. We give Kristy a big thank you for introducing us to Royal Caribbean and cruising. All shore excursions were awesome. We loved the ship. Our entertainment on the ship included an ice skating show, a water show with fountains, divers and tumblers. Thank you, Liz, for planning our February trip to Mystic River Resort in San Ignacio Belize. Not easy to find a February vacation that’s not a winter sport. Liz put a tremendous amount of thought into what we would enjoy and ensured that our vacation was everything we hoped. Mystic River Resort is absolutely lovely! If you really want to wind down and leave stress behind, this is a resort for you! Every member of the staff bent over backwards to ensure we were deliriously happy. They knew our names and our favorite cocktails. The resort is nestled in the jungle along the Macal River, with an abundance of wildlife, including birds and iguanas. The gardens and vast abundance of birds was a joy to wake up to every morning, and beautiful cool weather in the evening. Growing their own fruits and vegetables was truly amazing to see the elaborate gardens in the care taken by the staff. Highly recommended!- Pamela D.

I had a stroke 4 years ago, and my mother is almost 89 years old, and I wanted to take her on a trip and spend some time with her, but was concerned about both of our physical limitations. I heard about Kristy and contacted her and she suggested that my mom and I go on a cruise. My mother was skeptical because the last cruise she was on (over 60 years ago) got her very seasick and she has never forgotten it. Kristy has been my families travel agent since my daughter was two years old and she helped us book our first Disney World trip. Viking is a real class act. We just returned from our Viking River cruise. Everyone was tested daily. The ship was only half full. We got to know everyone on board. The food and service were both excellent. We saw some beautiful towns and the tour guides were wonderful. My friend and I (both seniors) talked about a European river cruise for quite some time, well occasionally seniors procrastinate, which we did, so at the last minute, we decided to book a cruise, well guess what, all river cruises were booked. To the rescue, Liz Milner! Somehow, she pulled the rabbit out of the hat and found us a wonderful availability at the time we wanted with AmaWaterways. She then guided us to selecting daily excursions just suited to our needs. And probably most amazingly was able to book all our flights from the middle of nowhere US to Europe. We also extended our European visit with extra days in Prague. Well, Liz arranged the trip from Passau, Germany to Prague as well as wonderful accommodations .

While the traveling future continues to face uncertain times, the amazing work of Liz Milner and Cruise Planners has never wavered and remains remarkable! Like so may travelers that have seen sailing dates cancelled on more than one occasion, Liz continued to provide me with multiple updates throughout the process and was always working on a plan B, plan C, plan D and would keep going to Z (if it became necessary)!!!! Yesterday we learned that Royal Caribbean had extended their no-sail dates through July 31, which meant that any hopes of a summer cruise with my sons had vanished this year (due to my career). Had I booked directly with a stranger from RCI, I would have been on my own island (no pun intended) trying to map out my next options, as they really wouldn't know my story. Instead, Liz has taken the time to get to know us and knew exactly when my next window of travel could take place. Much to our delight, we received an email from her last night, only to learn that she was able to negotiate an incredible offer from RCI, getting us the same exact cabin that we have been dreaming of staying in one day, all at an amazing rate!!! Sailing on the Viking Sun from Sydney on Feb. 11, 2020 was very likely the greatest adventure my wife and I have ever had! If you know us then you know we have had more adventures than most! I am truly refreshed and better for this trip. We were supposed to disembark in London on May 2nd, but Coronavirus had other plans... Under the circumstances Viking Cruise Lines performed above and beyond my expectations and were prepared to take us home to America by ship, but we ended up having to disembark in Dubai on March 22nd. My travel advisor was able to work with the Viking Air department to get us on a great non-stop flight to Orlando on one of the last flights out of Dubai!
If you ever choose to do a cruise please consider Viking Cruise Lines. They are an unbelievable company! Their ships, crew and itineraries are unmatched by anyone in my opinion! The lectures, forums, shows and talent from around the world was educational and exciting. No other cruise line comes close! Viking is compensating us for our altered itinerary and shorter sailing time. We have already booked another cruise to sail the rivers in Russia in 2021 on a Viking river ship and we'll be taking our daughter with us.
I would also like to praise and applaud my travel agent Liz Milner with Cruise Planners. She went above and beyond what any other would do with service and understanding that you just don’t get anywhere. I am not a detail person so it's great for me to work with Liz because she makes everything easy - confirms your ride to the airport - ships your luggage -makes your reservation for plane hotel and tours, makes sure you have all pick ups to and from with out worry. RCCL's Allure of the Seas was truly a "floating mega-resort" that I wasn't sure I'd like due to size and I loved it with its wide variety of neighborhoods and great accessibility! You were right about the quality of the shows. This was my 9th cruise and now I've been spoiled by the wonderful entertainment, especially "OceanAria" and "Blue Planet." The only negative was the amount of smokers onboard the Norwegian Dawn. The public room for smokers opens onto a bar and the smoke pours into the room and the casino isn’t well ventilated. I’m amazed that with all of the research on second hand smoke this isn’t handled well.
Otherwise, the food was simply delicious and the staff was terrific.

My name is Jimmy and I’ve been paralyzed for 15 years now. I was given Kristy’s number about 10 years ago by a fellow wheelchair bound friend. I’ve used Kristy to book several trips, her knowledge is second to non. When you try to book a trip on your own, then book one through Kristy you realize how much easier she has made your life. I think anyone in a wheelchair or anyone who’s traveled with someone disabled can understand the challenge it is to book a trip especially with all the questions we need to ask. Kristy is an encyclopedia on travel and if she doesn’t know the answer she will find the answer, I can’t say enough what a pleasure it is dealing with her.

It has been such a pleasure working with you over the past year planning this cruise on the Allure of the Seas for 2/23/2020. With less than two months to go, we received the "travel packet" which was a bonus Christmas surprise! These items are so helpful - neck wallet, lanyard, luggage tags and handles, document carrying case. Not only have you patiently answered our myriad of questions over the past year, you sent an email to our group giving us a run-down on ports and their accessibility plus tips about the ship. It has been a pleasure working with such a professional cruise planner who is quick to return phone calls and emails with answers. In the past, we've experienced poor customer service from agents and cruise personnel when it comes to accessible cruising for my husband. Questions were answered with, "Wait until you get on-board and ask the shore excursions desk" only to discover there wasn't much. (Keep in mind this was just 10 years ago when there was a lot less information on the internet.)
I'm counting the days until we cruise and look forward to meeting you and all the people in our group.

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for your tremendous help with our cruise plans. This was just the nicest cruise ever, mainly because of your hard work in ensuring everything was meticulously planned! I have to tell you, from the moment we left the house until the time we arrived back home, everything went off without a hitch! That has NEVER happened before! You really checked off all the boxes and made sure all our concerns were addressed. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy! It was as if you were right there with us, guiding us through all the checkpoints and making sure we were safe and secure. You did it all, and it flowed so smoothly. From the airlines, to the hotels, to the four different taxi shuttles, to the cruise ship itself, everyone acted as if it was their life’s mission to make sure we had the best trip ever. AND WE DID!!! Your recommendations for a hospital bed were spot on, and it worked perfectly and made our life so much easier.
As hubby’s disability has continued to progress, we really thought travel was a thing of the past, but you proved to us that we could enjoy our time away from home and do the things that were important to us and have fun doing it. It was not the chore it usually was when I was putting together our itinerary. On all other trips, by the time we reached our destination, I was so exhausted as primary caregiver, it was hard to unwind. This time, we could really relax and enjoy all the gorgeous sights our cruise had to offer. Thank you so much for your help. My husband and I had not been on a vacation for three years (since the date of his accident). He is confined to a power wheel chair and has very little movement of his arms and legs. Kristy took care of all the flight deets including the wheelchair dimensions and special assistance crew for our flight. She also booked us a very plush accessible room at a top notch hotel that was downright extravagant. Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier. We feel like we can do anything and go anywhere now. Before this trip we felt hopeless about ever traveling again, but Kristy really opened up some doors and showed us that traveling with a wheelchair need not be a chore. Our trip to Alaska was awesome. I loved that we were among the 30% of people who actually were able to see Mt. Denali. The land and sea tour is the way to experience this majestic state. The size of the glaciers were amazing to to see some calfing of the glacier in Hubbard's Glacier in person is an experience I will not ever forget. We especially loved the town of Ketchican and the lumberjack show is not to be missed. The staff on board the Princess were very attentive to all our needs. On disembarking from our cruise ship we stayed an additional two days in Vancouver/Victoria. Butchart Gardens in Victoria should be on everyone's bucket list of "Must sees"! The best part of all was sharing this experience with our 13 year old grandson. It was the first time that he had ever sailed....and definitely will not be his last!!! This was for sure the best vacation I have ever had. I love mountains, I love snow, and I have always wanted to to to Alaska to see Denali and the huge glaciers. The wildlife was amazing. I saw a moose at Denali National Park and a humpback whale came about 10 feet from where I was standing on the boat. I loved trying all sorts of new food and I could eat at much as I wanted! Overall would rate the cruise ‘just about perfect’ Royal C has making passengers happy down to a science. The ENTERTAINMENT was the best we’ve experienced. Food above average and the ’SHIP” just unbelievable!!! We really enjoyed the cruise, but it would have been perfect with a quieter cabin. (We stayed in an accessible Boardwalk balcony. It overlooks the merry go round and the Aqua Theater and overhead are the zip liners and across the basketball coourt.) But it's a large modern beautiful room laid out perfectly for someone who can't walk.
Central Park was very peaceful at night.
FYI we just watched a Hallmark movie called ‘Love at Sea’ which was filmed on the Harmony!!!

Art and I had the most memorable time. AmaSonata ship was superb. The trip was absolutely fantastic. Art did great!! We made lots of great new friends. The architecture and beauty of the areas we covered was breathtaking. Also, so rich in history and heritage. The Danube River is stunning.
Our cruise director Martina was fantastic. The transportation you arranged to the port, Robert, is charming and we have so much in common.
Our ship sailed out of Budapest as scheduled. On the back end, as anticipated, the stay on the ship was cut short by 1 day and we stayed at a hotel in Nuremberg. The transportation, luggage, hotel transfers, airport transfers, etc was all seamless and extremely well handled by the AmaWaterways staff. Having Art have wheelchair assistance was invaluable. We simply cannot travel without that anymore.
The days leading up to the trip was chaos as you are well aware. Thank you so much for your infinite patience as we navigated through it.
