MaryAnn was always available to answer my questions; she is very organized! From booking the cruise back in January 2023; MaryAnn took care all of my airline and hotel arrangements, as well as ground transportation. She is amazing. The cruise was so fun and MaryAnn kept her cool with 40 women asking questions, etc. Not an easy job.

Mary Ann arranged for a group of 40 women to sail on the Scarlett Lady with Virgin Voyages. If a travel agent can cater to 40 women all at the same time, and every woman sing her praises at the end of the cruise, well, you know you have found the travel agent to call every time you'd like to book ! Mary Ann booked me and a friend on a wonderful cruise with Virgin Voyages. We were part of a larger group of women for which she booked hotels, ground transportation and dinner reservations for those that wanted. For our group, her personal touch was a tumbler with name for each woman and a small emergency bag with items like band-aids, hand sanitizer, mints etc... We also received journals for our trip. Mary Ann accomplished an amazing feat which was coordinating a group trip for 40 women on a Virgin Voyages cruise. The process was seamless. She booked my cabin on the ship, my flight, hotel room, and shuttle rides to/from the airport and ship! Without hesitation, she took care of the inexperienced travelers (like myself) effortlessly (at least she makes it seem!) She was flexible and proactively fixed any hiccups as they occurred. I even saw how she worked with the experienced travelers in our group. She took the time to make care packages for ALL 40 women- she custom ordered reusable tumblers with everyone’s name on them. Other cruisers on the ship even noticed them! She reserved dinners for our group every night of the trip and a daily meeting room for our group. She coordinated a group chat for us all to communicate to eachother before, during, and after the trip. She coordinated group meetings months in advance to discuss preparing for the trip and answer any questions. She makes herself easily accessible for anyonr to approach and prioritizes communication with all members of our party. I am amazed by all the time, effort, dedication, and energy that was put into this. I could not recommend a better travel agent- you can easily see this is her passion!
